I am not talking realism. All the tits in the game are unrealistic.
Fantastical exaggerated art can be very fun and sexy.
The problems with these specific tits go beyond lack of realism. They do not look attached to her body. it looks like a flat chested woman who is standing in front of floating fake boobs.
Just look for example at amazon's art. he draws even bigger tits than in this game, but they very clearly look attached to the woman in question.

It looks like a flat chested woman who had a breast enlargement, going from zero to huge in one step. Is it attractive ? Maybe, maybe not. Is it realistic ? Sure it is. There are multiple issues with her boobs, the fact you found another one does not negate the one I brought up.
You are describing the mismatch between the rest of her chest and the breasts. (which is in itself an issue too). which makes it look like her boobs are made of silicone.
I am not complaining about that, I am describing the lack of anchoring points where her boobs connect to the rest of her. You cannot see these tits connect to her body. look at the curvature of these boobs and you can see that they are completely independent spheres that are floating in front of her instead of actually being attached to her body. Just compare her picture to those here

I was indeed describing tits made of silicone. And I've seen enough of those that when seen under the right angle, would look like they're being pushed up and held in place by an invisible wonderbra like those on display here. Even nipples pointing outwards like the eyes of the late Marty Feldman are rather common in those cases. I suppose it's were the dev took his inspiration from.

So I tried the game, like really tried. Played a few hours to no end. Tried to follow walkthrough and I have to say I'm lost. I cant find any locations, I keep searching but there is no Slime Cave (or I'm blnd, which is possible), can't find the waterfall forest, I tried leveling up but I'm stuck at the fairy dust gathering, which never drops.
Any ideas ? I'm trying to play the game but so far I've done nothing, like Elden Ring was easier T.T

Its a bit small but here is the Slime Cave. ( I don't remember how to get to it. But I think its on the way that I described further down)
On the left of the pool there is a ladder you go down.
The water fall is I believe..
From village down to the forrest.
Following the way down past the tree.
Then right over the river and following the way all the way down.
(This is all from memory someone correct me if I am wrong)
For fairy dust, I never had problems with gathering it. My guess you could be just unlucky. Try grinding the fairies in the wood or the encounters.
(Checked it, my description is correct)

Both Fire and Ice spells will damage them, but the problem is being able to cast them, as they will cast Silence and Blind. Here the skill Wicked Mind helps a lot.
Each third turn they will bombard you with an earth spell which causes a lot of damage. Guarding will protect you, but the tricky part is to do it at the right time.
