Neat start, love the art. When all the events sre from free-roaming it should be pretty good overall. My only complaint is the popup to change what relations you have with each girl and what they call you. Seems like its unneeded to me. And its a bit confusing, is the landlady also your mom? I guess I could make her my dad if I wanted to with the current system, lol.
I ask because using the default names, when Kerry is introduced she is your landladys friend, and you are her friend's son. That kinda implies the landlady is your mom. This makes sense with the incest theme, but why call her landlady to begin with, that makes no sense to me. This kinda also implies your roommates are actually your sisters. Also at one point the text bugs out and instead of saying whatever you set for the Landlady it says "momnameplat" (During the Chuck path)

Because this place has that rule about no INCEST so they have to find ways to fix that. We are smart people so we can guess who the characters really are.
All of that is simply a way to get around Patreon ban, they are meant to be your family. So they are just your roommates by default and it's your choice to change it to incest, not the developer's.
Chuck seems mostly OK, but Chad's an A Grade asshole who needs an attitude adjustment by Truck-kun. Although then youd be left with a grwon man perving over school girls, so no better, in the end.
Maybe the story just needs to be slower paced, rather than getting in the "landlady's" panties ASAP. Have the MC getting in the girlfriends panties ASAP just to shake things up a bit.

The art and porn writing so far in the game are quite good, but I'm dreading the walking simulator parts of it already. This version of the game demonstrates RPGM's ability to match Ren'Py's convenience, so why doesn't anyone make use of it I wonder? You could just click an option to have your guy spend the rest of the day one way or another every morning and have the events play out as a cutscene, but nope, you gotta go around looking for stuff to interact with all day, padding the playtime in a majorly bad way.
Some of this is the dopamine hound in me talking but I suspect that's most everyone here anyway.

u can choosed to play as either person, and after playing this. i don't like NTR but I was still interested in chucks path
It is because Patreon doesn't allow incest games to exist/make money on their system. Most games that want incest go the route of "landlady" to get around this and some will let you select the character relations. It has been this way for years now.
