Except if there is another one that looks alike, its pretty obvious, since there are A LOT of indie +18 VNs made with it.
I mean... There's also Emotion Creators that is a would be "Koikatsu VN engine" made by the creators, but if I'm not mistaken, people prefer Koikatsu+Ren'Py. And there's also the ones made by "totally not Illusion" Illgames, HoneyCome Come Come Party and Summer Vacation! Scramble, but the former I doubt that the creator made everything in just 29 days, and the later is pretty recent. Also, I haven't tested this Summer Vacation! Scramble, but at least the HoneyCome Come Come Party had the problem of being mod unfriendly, and speaking of mods, you better use the downloads provided here or any other place that provides the repacked version, because official version on Steam and alike is simply way too bare-bones (you may buy it if you wanna feel better about having to use the pirated software, but if you have this kind of morals about piracy, I ask myself what you are doing here, lol).

don't count on it, I got so tired of all the exposition and ooo creepy moments that I just started skipping through it to the sex secenes which there are barely any of... I wish koikatsu novels didn't feel the need to try and be lessons in love with all the "profound" dialouge and creepy moments... At least new horizons is looking good so far, doesn't feel as word vommity and doesn't feel the need to add in ooo spooky creepy moments ooo

The MC sucks and this never ending Verbal diarrhea always killed my Motivation to Play this Game. Sorry i tried but i cant endure it.

Does it get better ?
Just had my second failed attempt at this game...i just can't stand the verbal diarrhea of this MC.
Not especially? I haven't deleted the game again, so that is... progress? But it's hard to play for long due to the expository nature of every interaction.
I'm trying to power through it just to say I did. And to see how it is ultimately, but I am having to do it in small doses.
*Edit: Getting through more of it. Going through the dream sequence now, and even the dev calls himself out. lol
To be clear here: It is not getting better IMO. Still just as densely written as ever as I continue.

Yes. Yes it is. There is so much dialog, and so much of it has spelling errors, grammatical errors, usage errors, etc. It's like the dev is trying to prove he has a master's degree in english literature via verbosity, but never passed 3rd grade english courses in reality.

OK, I'm officially abandoning the game at this point. I just discovered the "Club Database" in the menu, and upon viewing it, despite having put many hours into this game to try and get through it, I'm not even halfway done with the interactions!
I can't keep wading through the dense layers of typos, grammar errors, usage errors, and general poor writing quality to see this through to the end. I really hate giving up on any game I start. Until a team of proofreaders and editors swoop in to help the dev properly clean this up, I can't spend any more time on it.
Good luck to the dev, and good luck to all who continue to play the game and support them!
