I used to look at it that way, but moskyx (I think) pointed out that there are people reading, not posting, who may be wondering.
So posting the truth, in response to those false claims and accusations, is helpful to enable those people to see the truth.

lol now i made it into page 416 from 412 and i see that semi troll only here to increase heat its good im ignore him game is great and so far outcome of update was good idk about 0.6 yet
and its very normal for some to go angery when its take this long but they need to calm down since this is not few reworked old scene after ages like famos milker from SS this is whole new update and hopefully longer than myrtle but sad part is she is not in my fav char list hehe
i prefer holly and hopefully she get update 0.8

I agree to this point. It's definetely not worth a year developing 1 character story. You guys are setting yourself up for disappoitment if you think the update is going to be good for content. Considering they did not even cover 1 city fully yet and have plenty of locations on the map - this is going to be (already is) a milk fest

Yeah, hand-drawing everything doesn't take time at all. For 2 people to make the game. And they're such milking scamlords, they pay you back at the end of the month if you didn't get what you hoped for. Truly a bunch of trash devs ...... All this shitflinging is awfully entertaining to people who are on neither side and just watch from afar.
Like why are you all so invested that you are willing to argue endlessly with morons or/and scream at a wall.
I have for example around 5-10 games on my backlog and my dick can take only so much.
When this update releases it gets spot no.11 and so on.
Also imo both sides are right to some degree. The game is well drawn and updates were consistent so far so shitting on them is a bit too much. On the other hand there is only so much time between updates and money earned on patreon before the goodwill runs out and the dev turn into another DC or Akabur.

As stated a few dozen times in the last 50 pages : they pay you back at the end of the month if you think your pledge did nothing/you didn't get what you hoped for. That's like the opposite of anything remotely looking like they're milking. Also a free game running on donations isn't the best example of 2 people milking dudes who willingly pay them to say "thank you"
i do not come on here much these days. i remember during lockdown i played Wal online and found this site because of it. at the start, this was a nice thread with the dev taking part. the game is so good that as it gets more popular, we will find trolls. the net allows people to act in a way they would not in a face to face situation. as for this game, i do prefer the longer updates. it feels more complete when it does come through. the patrons voted for it and magicnuts should keep doing it as it works in my opinion. as soon as they break the formula, i would worry about the quality.

Yeah, some posters here are real control freaks, bashing a free VN game because it's not updated as fast as they want. I mean, goddamn, a breath of fresh air would do them wonders, their lives must be shitty as hell.
