I agree, I tired to see where it will go but the constant changes to her real face just absolutely killed any interest in her and the comedy element of it was lost on me.

I assume there will be content for both versions if the devs had that planned from the start and/or if patrons ask for it with the devs being ok with that.

The dialog files are included in the game as .rpy files and you can create the translation files with Ren'Py SDK. Devs usually give translators a pack with all the pics that contain some text (like map locations or potion's book), which need to be edited with GIMP or Photoshop to be translated
