Thing is, it really is worth playing the game. There are several reasons why its the most liked game here, the story is interesting, the characters are fun, the humour is on point and the art is absolutely amazing.

But hey, you want to miss out on that because you don't want to wait for the next update, its your loss.

In case you are not familiar with how things work at F95, you can find reviews (if any) of any given game at a link titled Reviews at the top of the 1st page of a game's thread.

As Staimh noted, there are an abundance of reviews for this game. Check them out at your leisure.

If you have further specific questions, try doing a thread search first before asking them. Some people get testy when someone asks a question that has been answered many times, especially if it has been answered recently. Other than that, people are usually helpful.

If you like classic point and click adventures like Broken Sword, I think you'll like this game. That's what the gameplay amounts to basically, but with the addition of the naughty bits and of course excellent humor, which is leaps and bound beyond 99% of the games on here that rely on tired porn tropes for laughs.
Whether it's worth the wait depends on how you intend to play the game. If you like to read dialogue and be immersed in the story, then it will be. Otherwise if you're inclined to skip most of the text, then it will be less so.

Maybe I'm misremembering but I'm pretty sure there is only one scene with Celestina that is mandatory to progress with Holly. Afterwards there is a big disclaimer that says the rest of her content is optional and won't affect anything else.

Love the humour, lust after the NPCs (my favourite is Holly Lana Rose, damnation, all of them)

Hi. Hard to answer that without knowing your criteria for considering something worth the 4-month wait. But if waiting 3+ months for a release is a deal-breaker, then our game is probably not for you. And your second question: luck and a talented artist.

A small clarification: although I have said that 0.5 won't have as much content as 0.4, that doesn't necessarily mean it will take less time to develop. We are trying to speed things up, but I don't know how long we will take as there are many many more backgrounds in 0.5 than in 0.4 (there was only 1 new background in that release and there are 13+ in this one) and they take a ton of time to create.

About Celestina, in 0.4 I made the sex scene optional. The only bits that you will have to do if you want to play Holly's story are the vag under the table and the kiss (a small and necessary price, in my opinion, to save Holly).
