What does this mean? Update is ready?
It's just a graph of the tasks remaining, because completed tasks is a useless metric when the total amount increases. So the only actual significant metric would be the difference between done and total. Hence, I thought it'd be helpful for people over here to have that charted, with the evolution over time.

Sometimes I wonder if Patreon shouldn't have some sort of system to protect against creators who just drag out another update and take the money. Seriously, almost two and a half years, and they still haven't finished. They're really pathetic.
They're kind of raising a kid. You know, those smaller humans who are usually running around all the time. And the people who weren't happy with them not putting out an update have already cancelled their subscription. Those that haven't are spending their money recklessly, which ofc you're free to do as an adult responsible for your own actions.
Btw, Pis refunded everyone that subbed for the early access. Just saying.
Oh, and the game itself is free. Completely free.

I agree with you but are they not working on this full time though? I think I saw that somewhere. Correct me if I'm wrong. But if they are, the argument of raising a kid doesn't stand. Almost everyone is/will be/were raising kids. There's a lot one can achieve in a day of work full time. Again, I say this IF they are working on it full time. If they are not then it's different and raising a kid would be an argument. No matter Full time or not, this is the kind of project that takes time though.

Usually I wouldn't agree with you, but 2 and a half years without any content when you make more the 10k per month really is a joke at this point.
More than 6000 persons gave money almost 36 months in a row without having anything in return.

this is a tired argument. this is their full time job as they stated themselves. maternity/paternity leaves in spain span from 16 weeks to 20 weeks, that translates to roughly ~4.6 months. there has been 0 new content for over 2 years. you are trying to excuse something that is literally inexcusable in ANY other line of work. let's say (hypothetically) that you employ a brick layer to lay 1000 bricks a day, he only lays 100 instead for TWO WHOLE YEARS and his excuse is "well i just had a child". would you say that is ok? i think the answer is obvious. you are defending people who clearly don't respect you (the customer), if they did, they would probably care to release ANYTHING in the last 2+ years.

Check your sources. Fortunately they never hid their numbers and we can easily take a look at them at

As it happens, they never got 10k per month, not even at their peak (9.9k, Oct 25, 2021). And their number of subscribers never went beyond 2.3k and currently sits at 1.6k, so that's the max number of persons who could have been actually paying 'for nothing' during the last 28 months in a row (the time actually passed since the last update) -and obviously they are less than that, as every month there's some people coming and going. In the last 12 months they've lost 250 subscribers that never got replaced, and they are currently earning 1.5k less per month than exactly a year ago (or 21% less, if you prefer) and 3.5k less than at their peak (or 36% less). They are now cashing in 6.4k gross per month, which translates into roughly 4k per month at most once you detract Patreon's cut and taxes, and is way less than your claimed 10k unless you're using some obscure currency instead of dollars or euros.

You can still feel the same about it but at least don't try to fool people (and yourself) with false, invented data. Being a developer yourself, that's pretty mean and even counterproductive. Who is gonna believe you if/when you'd need to explain your own shortcomings, if you're proven to have lied in other instances like that?

You write me a whole paragraph with shitton of calculations and literally forget about Itch and Steam income.
Also, being a developper doesn't prevent me from showing my frustration of this 2 years and a half break, being among the first supporters of this game.
If you think we should stop sharing our opinions on threads as soon as we get the developer badge, you're fooling yourself.

It's not even out on Steam yet and it's free on Itch.

I don't think you or anyone should not be "allowed" to come here and criticize the devs for the delays, personally. But holy shit who cares ! They're not forcing anyone to back them and complaints on a pirate site aren't gonna change shit anyway, what's the point of having page after page of this pointless "is it a scam" debate?
