I guess you haven't heard of story central games where character development and build up takes place in order for things to happen. This isn't a fap game, it's a very story-heavy game.

I'm not particularly fond of NTR and this game does it right. So I think your premise of real options for any specific fetish isn't true at all.

It's adult themed story, not a porn story, there's a difference. A lot of those tags are in the story as a consequence.
In example NTR; cheat on the girlfriend, and if she finds out, there will be consequences. Treat her wrong long enough and there will be consequences. Pregnancy is a consequence of unprotected sex (wow, who would've thought, right?).
They're not there just for you to get your rocks off. All of the tags have a reason, and all of the tags have a build up to them, they won't be thrown your way instantly and for no reason, that would be empty.

Adult themed, story central game where character development and build up play a huge role, a story where decisions and actions have consequences. If you don't like such stories, fine, but you're wasting your time trying to bash a game just because you don't like it. If you don't like it, that's fine, but don't be a dick about it and just move along, go play something more to your style then.

Ocean has said it many times. This is a story centered game, not a lewdfest to satisfy those who just want to fap to their specific kink. And as any story it requires some development.
