Yeah, I feel the same about a GF starter pack in the VNs. If she's my MC's girlfriend, then he had a reason in the past to choose her, whether it was romance, lust, or a random drunk quickie at a party. But those were the MC's reasons, not mine, I don't even know about it, but I have to act from the start of the game as if I knew and accepted that. And if I don't like the GF, then I have a problem with immersion in the game, because I can't associate myself with the guy who liked her. This is normal for a movie or a kinetic novel, but a problem for the game where a player looks at the world through the MC's point of view and interacts with the environment on behalf of the MC.
But did you talk about Miru before the rework or after? Because her redesigned version is so much more attractive and nice, that I even lost the urge to dump her as soon as possible. Let me have a throuple with her and Daphne, and then I won’t say a word about the harem at all

When it comes to throuples, the most obvious choices would be Miru and Leia (these two hold the MC heart the most) and Miru/Zoey. While also one of the nice possibilities, Miru/Daphne is hampered by one of the few character flaws new Miru has, she is not forgiving lightly. So a throuple of those two would mean quite some work during the game.

As some have mentioned here, I prefer 'blank slate' VNs where MC aren't dating anyone yet. That being said, Miru isn't that bad and she's charming and likeable for me, even if she isn't my first option. In the original WiAB I could barely stand her

Old Miru had some serious flaws, but I liked her quirky character and she really loved Willi, helping him through his time in jail, when he was framed. New Miru looks better and has some character flaws removed or toned down, luckily most of her eccentric character remains. You just have to like her! It will be interesting how she will worm her way into the heart of Leia and Kati.
In SG it will be also interesting how much of her and Willi´s characters Ayua has inherited.

AFAIK this option remains, as do the option of sharing/hotwifing. A porn career seems to be a possible option too, if you decide towards that direction. As is the option of a threesome or normal couple relationship.

Yes, the difficult thing is the others that became even more beautiful especially Aunt Scarlet no doubt the cousin is very beautiful but I also hope that Ocean keeps the option of breaking up with her even though Miru is my favorite it wouldn't be nice to keep her by force

She had many faults, mainly in her appearance, I didn't think she was very pretty and I believe that many here didn't either but i called her my special little dragon now is my asian goddess
I also really liked your character Miru was strong in that. And it's something she lost a little bit but thankfully she's still playful that's what made me fall in love with her man there's no way I don't like it I already love Miru since the old version lol that's what i'm waiting to see how she will get into the heart of Leia and Katie i think Leia won't be that easy. Katie, on the other hand, will be faster than we imagine since she liked Miru a lot too much!!!

So, a few days late, I apologize.

I'd say the update is around 75% done, and the progress is decent.
Why's progress not good?
Because the PC sucks. It works and stuff, but whenever I switch from SG to WiAB, it feels like I'm back in 2018, working with a potato.
The A6000 is good. It's slow, sure, but it's good.
The problem is the other hardware. This PC here has a few years on it's back, it features a Ryzen 9 3900 X & other medium/higher-end thingies.
Amazing for a gamer... Amazing for most 3D artists.
But it's an issue if you're working with the workloads I've been currently working with.
I got the A6000 to allow me to work with all these big scenes... Sadly all the other components are limiting.
Every 10-20 seconds or whenever I move the slider, the software freezes for 2-8 seconds.
Now imagine this over a 10h work period. It drives you absolutely mad.
Anyways, no complaining without also searching for a solution.
I've contacted a German Workstation manufacturer and asked for an offer of a Workstation I configured.
I'm not sure if I ever mentioned it here, but my future plan is to have one big workstation that sets up renders for SG & WiAB.
Then a few Slave PCs are dedicated to rendering only.
If they give me a good offer, I will order said PC (It features the best Threadripper and an A6000 Ada Generation.)
The price exceeds my support by a lot. It's risky, but I believe in my games and I think everyone would benefit a lot from it.
If I get said Big Boi Workstation, I would have:
1x Super Big Boi Workstation for setting up scenes, animations, etc. (1x A6000 + 1x A6000 Ada + Threadripper 5995WX or 5990X) (Also rendering overnight.)
1x Big Boi Slave PC. (2x3090 + Threadripper 3970X)
1x Bibi Boi Slave PC for animations. (1x3090 + Ryzen 9 3700X)
At some point I will have to upgrade all machines to a 48GB Vram card, but until then this should speed up development again.

We'll see how it goes and if I feel comfortable enough to actually make the purchase atm.
