Wtf no they arent, i didnt saw a single post showing constructive criticism. Its only whining about the development speed (or about dev's intending to earn money lol). Its just nonsensical, they are behaving as if someone would force them to sub on patreon.

But no, nobody here has to pay for anything, if were not subbed, were just getting stuff for free and at the same time a lot of people feel entitled to different/faster content while giving nothing in return.

Yeah Ocean takes his time and does reworks, we all know that, its not like there are any groundbreaking truths revealed.

I usually hate reworks but nobody can deny that its a huge gap in quality between the old and new wiab. I just dont get what you guys want and feel like youre just impatient and throwing a tantrum about it.

Eh, I wonder if the divide is one camp wondering how anyone in their right mind would go on supporting a dev that only reworks graphics instead of advancing the story...and the other camp can't understand why people are upset because the dev has always been about pretty pictures over story.

Did you play the beta? If not..there is a huge warning at the start of the VN to say old saves won't work (change in Renpy version and code).

After the release of Chapter 3 beta, I started playing the game from the beginning. All my saved files are new.

Hahaha, I remember an hour before the beta release they were competing to see who could throw the most artsy tantrum about Ocean not being able to deliver release due the announced date. Until the Mighty Goose of Justice came to the thread and wiped the fuck out a several days of whining. By the way, there is a separate thread dedicated to bitching "constructive criticism" about WiAB, but they don't seem to get much attention there, and attention is what they are looking for.

This kinda happened in the old version, but in the new version the story hasn't gotten to that point yet, and since the story has been changed, I'm not sure when it will happen in the new version. For now, you can only make choices with the meaning of “Yeah, Miru, I fucking want NTR!” but the consequences of this choices are postponed to the future.
