In the reworked version is actually no pregnancy content, the tag refers to the old version of WIAB - the version we are no longer talking about and should not be mentioned anymore
Actually just a little bit of tame boob foundling, but according to some dialogs some wierd/disgusting stuff is possible in the future.

Ever so slightly but Ocean has stated the story will not differ that much from the original version.
Confirmed, Lei and Katie are the MC's sisters and Helen is his mother. The patch is official from Ocean. This is an incest story and has not changed.
