Anyone can ask the mods to remove the tag. Just report it for "Other" and specify that the tag is no longer appropriate.

all devs have to do is write it so it's not hard to change and someone can drop a patch and they're covered.
Edit: Also, I haven't played this in a really long time...like several years. Does the patcher still update this I-patch or should i just play? Joker appears to have included it in his walkthrough but specified that it's not updated...if he included it does that mean it still works even though it's old?
