It is mentioned...that's my issue. No stab marks are shown. No visible distress when he talks about it. He kinda just sorta brags and moves on. It just feels hollow. You could have taken that opportunity to show some vulnerability there. Instead he's always portrayed as either stoic or a childish clown.

Leia is dipping into their lines of business as an impetus to get them to join her enterprise. So Leia has Joe's stashes as a carrot and all-out war as a stick.

In the grand scheme of things, William's slap (which only one side knows about) isn't really that important.

He wasn't like that when he was shown after the arrest, he seemed a lot more insecure when he met Miru. Gotta say, he would have learned not to show weakness in prison, or he would have been a bitch. That kind of mask is really hard to drop once you wear it, especially when your life depended on it. The immature clown thing is totally him, though. Always was, right?

BTW, it was nice getting into Miru/MC's backstory, and how they met in jail his first night in. Unrealistic, because jail cells are NOT unisex (for obvious reasons).

That was honestly one of the better renders of the entire update! That's the sorta shit Ocean used to be great at. Show don't tell. That render speaks volumes and leaves you thinking if it self confidence, impostor syndrome maybe he's just seeing himself as he was years prior denoting he's somehow still stuck in that place and time.

My thoughts were the drugs, and a mole for Krayt. Or the fds have a mole at Leia's establishment, surely they'd try for one in Joe's/Leia's private army. I didn't watch it enough to really notice much, but there's a board like the police board, with photos and names and connections behing the thief. The video makes it pretty clear what kind of packages they are.

Jail is an actual 'facility'. He was in a local station holding cell. Not somewhere to stay while awaiting a conviction. Please do use the Queen's English.

The Krayt leader is why Joe is in prison, Joe laid him out cold. Joe is the leader of the bike club. Joe is the Arano. Krayts are a gang, just pure thuggery, no need for family names, just the law of the concrete and asphalt.



Katie is a fish from the single weird lake of Wollust. Salty? Sweet? She is never out of her element.

The whole Motorcycle Club (MC in this post) situation is very unclear. Are the Krayts affiliated with Joe's club, or rivals? Is Joe's club still around, or are they gone? We shall probably find out soon enough, in game time, seeing as how Joe's getting out of the joint soon.

Also, doesn't Scarlett seem too posh to be married to a motorcycle gang boss? WTF? Kata and Jacob don't seem to live in that world. Maybe Helen and Scarlett's family was filthy rich?

No, it's clear: Joe almost killed one of the Krayt. Krayt have expanded BECAUSE the MC's (and the families) are scattered.
