The sad trend to remake famous games continues. 
Terrible looking new MC (doll face and tattoo on the whole arm), handsome Miru, who completely changes your attitude towards other characters, a snake in a bag, a snake around his neck (I don’t like snakes since childhood).
I don't think I'll be waiting for a sequel.
It's a good thing I didn't see this before - last year was a sad one anyway.

I have to agree with most here. New Scarlet looks too young. And maybe this is just my silly opinion, but if lighting makes that much of a difference, then Scarlet simply wasn't "aged" enough to begin with. For example, you don't see anybody saying that Helen didn't look old enough in any lighting conditions.
And that "high-end couture meet modern witch" hat and dress, it's just not age- & situation-appropriate. I think that also contributed greatly to the new Scarlet problem. Put it on Leia, it's "Va-va-vroom, I'm sexy bitch!". Put it on Scarlet, it's "I'm a stupid cougar that still wears a red-carpet dress to a backyard home barbeque!" Yikes!

Once again i have to preface that i love Oceanlabs games, i have nothing against the developer at all. Butttt......... this seems like a big cope... I dont think "light conditions" are gonna do anything to change the fact that she at the very most looks maybe around 30 years old... and that's if i am being very charitable, while Helen could easily pass of as being in her early 40's or at least late 30's.
But beyond just that she looks bland... I mean if these 2 women stood next to each other, i wouldn't even notice Scarlett was there.
Lets be real with one another, she can wear the lowest V cut shirt in existence and she still looks like a peasant next to a Queen. Once again not trying to harp on Ocean or anything, it's just weird because as i said many times before out of all the developers out there he is the only one that has made me LOVE every single girl he has ever designed in Summers Gone, like every single one looks breathtaking and i was expecting the same with WITB once he started redoing them and it was going like that so far but here it was a total miss IMO. I think the game is kind of missing a proper "cougar" MILF that is a bit more "naughty" and open about things than her sister which Scarlett was suppose to be. Kind of a shame really, also changing her from blonde was another big mistake IMO.

For those who hate the snake, I don't think that you will have to worry about seeing him again. I think that he was just there to show that the MC likes snakes and from Leia's jewelry she likes them too. It is a visual shorthand for how similar they are even though they have spent so much time apart. Plus, if MC cheats on her Miru will probably eat him.

I don't know what the developer meant by this, but I know for sure that in version 0.6 of the game, I considered Leia one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen
. After updating the graphics, such thoughts do not come to my mind.

Scarlet from chapter 2 + 3 looked her age and was still sexy whereas the new Scarlet got the plastic doll treatment. Really boring development so far. The new graphics do nothing for me.
Anybody else having problems with missing save, load, main menu buttons at the android version?

Snakes are one of the most common phobias among people. This means that these people will no longer be able to play games where snakes are present. (Even if they want to play). - (Even if otherwise like this game).

That's another thing I agree with. I liked the original MC better as he looked like a normal, trustworthy guy. The new MC is just a visual overload to be honest. And not in the right way.
But that's the second character I criticize the rework of, so I feel compelled to say that I find that Helen and Miru benefited a lot from the rework. There's still room for improvement with those two I feel, but they look much, much better than they did originally.

To be honest I played the original version just 15min like 2 years ago so I can't remember old characters design, but yes I feel like I'm a generic falsely deep character on juice. However I hated Miru's model but I like it pretty much now. So I totally agree, some reworks are cool and others are not, but I think it's still an huge improvement overall.

I'm not a fan in general.
I don't care much for the cheating part, but i can't suffer an MC that partakes passively in his own humiliation. If your GF/wife wants to bang someone and you catch her, well, fine. Her choice. But you are then done with her no sweating. You say bye and move on with your life. You don't stand there thinking how puny and patetic you are and how that guy is much more of a man of you. You are your own man, you get the rid of the cunt and you move on.
So, if you cut the humiliation which is meant to be part of the NTR classification and the game just has some lady sleeping with others or cucking MC with conseguences, i'm cool with it.

I think that is the disconnect. Those who enjoy NTR fine but majority don't and as these types of "games" are narrative driven most players won't want to emerge themselves in that role. Just like any sexual preference not held by the majority it can make a title very niche which is why a lot of developers try to give options in story line. This however adds to development so i guess it would depend on the developer and their Patreons.
I agree though that Cuckoldry as a preference is a targeted demographic not shared by many.
