I mean could be. We also have to take into account that the ginger gene is a recessive gene that can skip one or multiple generations as well. So technically Nami could still be the daughter of a non ginger that simply carries the gene.
If we can be certain about anything in Ocean's games is that there is no certainty because the dev prob doesn't know the answer either

I don't think Nika is Leia's child, but Nami could be Daphne's daughter with Will, so yes, we could have a threesome between them with Nika being a wimp. And fuck incest.
Seriously now, I wouldn't believe the fact that their parents are dead, maybe the mother or father of one of them, Ocean didn't insert Nami into Nika's life so that in the end she would be a half-sister, from what I remember they said that Ayua is just an extra that we won't even steal a kiss from, so that makes it pretty obvious that she is Will's daughter just like Nika, could Ayua be Will's father's daughter? No, because she calls Katie aunt and not sister. But these are all theories, I would really like Ocean to release a book because it's easier for the world to end than for him to finish this whole arc of WiAB, SG, and the other game he's "planning".

This is exactly why it is important to keep your own biases and personal preferences out of a discussion such as this one. The fact that there are far more pieces of evidence, in and outside of the game, that Nami and the MC are related by blood than the fact that Auya is Miru and Willi's daughter ot that the MC is Willi or anyone else's son yet you refuse to believe it while buying the other 2 is very telling.
I's important to keep a grasp on reality. It's important to understand how a guardianship or adoption process works. For us and Ocean. He can't tell a grounded and real story and then add unicorns and aliens to it at a whim. Look at Noji. Single, can't be older than 45, has a fulltime job in a profession where people work LOOOOONG hours with decent pay. Where people usually take years of school and internships to complete. And somehow she was awarded the custody of 2 completely unrelated orphans before she was even 30 years old as a single adoptive mother with barely any time to raise kids.
Does none of this strike you as odd? Nami and the MC could be from different parts of the country, they could have lost different parents at different times yet they both landed "on the lap" of an unqualified and unprepared legal guardian with barely any money or time to raise them. Are you aware of a developed country that does not have Social Services and Child Protective Services? Do you think the governments just hand over orphan kids to anyone without months or years of extreme and careful selection?
Even more weird, there is a lady that suddenly comes to a book club and takes great interest in 2 unrelated orphans that landed on the lap of an unqualified person that this lady appears to know. Let's use our brains here. If you put together everything we know and add some common sense what do you get? 2 + 2 equals 4 not 5.
I don't know what the truth is or where this story is going but for the meantime I have to work with what we have.
