Tried to restore the IC relationships. I changed somethings here and there so that the fit into the new change’s to the story Ocean introduced in the new chapter.

I agree with you. There were a few points yesterday where I was trying to piece together the plot
and I'd reload and ctrl skip my way back to old stuff looking for correlation. Along the way, I realized I'm literally getting away with everything at the moment.Miru? fucked at every opportunity

I probably missed some names but I can't think of a single negative consequence yet.
Compared to SG where you have the Bella/Nami split and so on, while it's not...great...it's acceptable and I feel like a choice I made has actual consequences.
As for the WiaB main plot...LOL. You're on rails. I can't think of a single choice that actively influenced the plot off the top of my head.
Gallery? I guess wishful thinking on my part that I'd expect a developer to actively take care of it. I admit I don't remember the exact reason (I just popped in, saw we didn't get ch 4 stuff, probably made a
face and drifted away. I know it's supposed to get a UI change in ch 5.

So after finishing my playthrough, I absolutely can't understand that dumpster fire starting here about the removed taboo shit.
Nothing important was lost or will ever be missed. Especially not from newer players, players that don't carry that mess/bias of old luggage from the old game around.
From the reaction of you guys here, I was concerned about a total clusterfuck of a story. But I was proven wrong.
Even the old WIAB had a strong tendency to swing into the direction of a crime story, the framing for the rape or the final cinematic in the court.
One of the loudest crybabies here - forgot to quote that shit - has complained about Miru was enabling thug mode.
Miru was batshit crazy in the old game and had connection to some/her(?) kind of Yakuza family. At least one trait of her was portet over ...
It was mentioned that Miru and William had meet after/in prison, in Ch3 or earlier - IIRC.
The only thing I just ask myself is, do you guys even spend a fraction of a braincell and think about what is going on in the dialogs? Or are you just drooling over the one render after the another?
Make your peace with the thought that this ship has sailed away and has sunk.
We are not talking about patching one or another scene back into the game. You have to think about the workload you get to catch up with this sort of stuff, and for what? From now on, including the present chapter, all future chapters have to be rewritten to force that taboo shit into it, until a point that your patch will alienate the patched game compare to original to the point of fubar.
Let's be honest with ourselves, we are not anymore in the early 2000s/2010s. The complete taboo stuff was the real shit, back in the AIF times, but that horse is dead, get it finally, stop beating it and move on.
If you really want to patch something back into the game. Build a patch to restore the cinematic back into the game from the start that has to be dropped because of the music license issues. That was something I have really missed.
Sashas Mother - her used model is the same as used in the old WIAB, just without being pregnant, not 100% sure about this, to much time past ... Mostlikely the mother of the Frohs sisters Maja and Vic.

Exactly. So far I was giving WiAB a break because it's not as far along as the other game but still. Ch4 is huge and still this problem prevails. In SG you can miss meeting Claire in the infirmary.
