Makes no sense to keep the incest and hurt his income and work on the long run. Lets be real, its just a matter of time until all the plataforms that host this kind of game to start doing the same as Patreon, hes being smart about this and i do believe that if it was for him he would not remove it, but he needs to adapt and think ahead to protect himself...imagine all these plataforms banning incest in 1 or 2 years from now for example, he would need to stop development and redo a lot of stuff and could not be possible to do it anymore, the game would be probably abandoned...or they could even kick the games from their plataforms without prior notice or chance to fix it. It's not that I disagree with you but let's be real. I don't want to speak for anyone but myself but it's already pretty much impossible to buy this ludicrous story as is. What harm could the mod do? At least with the mod I can make some sense of their relationships.

The thing is, even if Ocean removed the incest arc with Willi and Leia, he did not have to rewrite the story with such a heap of BS and boring stupidity! The family drama with the dangers from the outside would still work, if Willi, Leia and Kati were still siblings, only the incest arc removed. A majority of players was with WIAB exactly for this type lost son returning into a dysfunctional, endangered, but loving family.
