Yes, and not only incest. So far, it seems just the first stage, they look at the titles of adult games and carefully check everything where the title hints at the family ties or sexual abuse.

So if a game has title like Goblin's slave or The Naughty Sisters - they will come for you :HideThePain:

Where It All Began seems like a neutral title in this regard. :KEK:
