I would add that this story and some others make more sense without incest.
I'm not an expert at all ( ofc), but for me, to go towards incest needs one of two things.
1. It's pure manipulation, usually more by an adult on a teen ( or worst, a child), to not be obvious and all it needs time.
2. It's mutual and involve strong feelings before becoming physical and go through the taboo barrier, and it needs time.

If you want your story to have a nice pace and things to happen, it makes more sense to not have the taboo barrier here in the first place.
Here, the two grils had a friend when they where young and probably had a crush on him. Now he's back, not bad looking and not an absolute moron, the feelings are back then go all out.
For Monica, frustation for some years, a young man she has known to be nice and all come back, again not bad looking and treating her well, let's open up.

I had nothing against incest, some of the games have it and there really good. I just don't see it as a must have.

For the end of the date night with Monica, there will be some "progression" as she will have had a few drinks. I am 95-99% mind made up on how far this progression should go (not too far), but interested in what people think. 2-3 word response will do (none, hug, kiss, french kiss, cop a feel, FJ, HJ, BJ, Fuck her brains out)!!

Copping a feel sounds about right for Monica's progress after a whole day of attention. Should ideally be a good feel, though - like a 'boob-out-of-dress' grope. A HJ is the furthest I'd imagining her going, and even that sounds a little extreme, with or without alcohol. I was just going by what was listed but if this game would go much slower and build up relationships then I am just fine with it because the story is what I am looking for the most and this game has a great story so far.

I would start out with more kissing but not french kissing and slowly work up to it as long as the story stays great.
Give each girl a kiss like a peck on the lips each time you meet them with longer kiss when they meet alone followed by a hug or hug first ending in a kiss.

Maybe some accidental touching or grabbing of private parts.

Story, story and even more of this great story is what we need.

Jenna was more of a friend like kiss that went a little bit to far but can be dialed back to play out the story/dating more.
Katie is just playful and did not mind a little grabass and still this to can be dialed back some until after the party when they do more sensual like kissing in front of the shit-for-brains (I forgot there names).
As for Monica she was still kinda drunk and maybe it can go a little farther now and should be the first to go more sooner than later.

Still its a great story anyway it goes.
