Well, since you asked:
A harem referred to the part of a household where the mother, sisters, wives, concubines, and servants of the master of the house all lived. Originally from the Arabic ḥarīm or haram meaning prohibited or sanctuary; since it was prohibited for anyone but the women who lived there to go to that place, and it was a sanctuary for them. It was later also adapted as a reference to include the women in that group.
I'm guessing from this you might be more interested in the modern meaning, specifically the one related to the harem genre for both stories and games.
In this case it is defined as a group where a minimum of three, or more, members are all in a relationship based around the same person. There are, however, a couple caveats which go along with that definition. One of the things that is expected with regard to a harem story is that all available love interests (LIs) will be in the same group centered around a single protagonist at the end. This is what is known as a true harem.
When a story has the MC romancing a number of different women, yet then ends with the MC having to choose only one of the LIs, this is known as a false harem. A variation of this is when the MC ends by choosing a select group, rather than just one LI, which is controversially sometimes called a partial harem. The debate being that since this type of ending leads to the rejection of potentially many LIs it should also be considered a false harem.
Essentially, what it comes down to for many is that if it isn't a true harem ending, then it isn't really considered a harem.
With regard to Where The Heart Is, while the MC does have multiple love interests, and you might even be able to make an argument for polyamory in some cases, because you have to choose one, or a very small group, it is not an actual harem story.

That is the first time I've played the game all the way to the end of the present chapter. I usually lose interest but this time I chose Lilly and I'm glad I did, I had palnned to be in bed an hour ago but I've been laughing so much, the end in the comedy club is hilarious and Lilly had me in stiches. I can't remember the last time I laughed like that without being drunk. Sadly I messed up somewhere along the line and Bella claims she's pregnant but hey ho, I'm gonna play it through again when I have the time. I'll still choose Lilly though.

Hand holding is ok. But you can still get pregnant from nose boops.shit is that how pregnancy works well that is a relief. I can go back to holding hands with my lovely ladies I thought I had to start wearing gloves when holding their hands.

Interestingly enough, if you are on the romance path with Jolina, you can cut Bella out totally. If you're committed to Jolina, (Monogamy) she does not add Bella as a resident, plus you can agree with her to try to get pregnant. It SEEMS like the best path forward, but with another chapter to go, there could still be some nefarious dealing with any of them before the game ends.
I wasn't observant enough in my first couple of playthroughs to catch what Bella was up to, so I came upon the Jolina option using 20/20 hindsight.
You could still make the decision to cut Monica/Katie/Jenna out of your life for your own share, but with getting Elaine's share, Bella's share, and the 5 million to Jolina if she gets pregnant, there's really no point in that.

She's either a lying bitch trying to manipulate the MC or she's been busy with the turkey baster.
The ending in the comedy club is still one of the most hilarious things I've seen in any game.
Had me in fits of laughter again, good comedy never gets old..

True, but being on Jolina's romance path means she signs over that share of the money to you.That happens regardless of any Jolina romance path if you are not on Bella's.
quick question how do you trigger bella sex scene? it seems to me that it is not working for some reason. Even by changing the answers i dont get anything out of it.

Again, she does that regardless if you let her stay and will always 'not put Bella on the list' to look out for you because she seems suss (and obviously at the time, knows more than you do).
I've played every single path and combination path in this VN...
