It wasn't 9K each, it was 9K total for both rigs AND the extra GPU.
Yes, I understood, it's why I said less than 9000 / 2 = 4500 per computer.
I bought around 2 million euros in both workstation desktop and enterprise hardware already, and had to deal with it for years afterwards, so I've experience with these things.
For my personal usage, and I started in the 486 age, I'm not sure if I spent more than 9000 in the last 20 years in 4 computers, which were always
not-in-the-diminishing-returns top end.
I know hardware got very expensive since the cryptocurrency mining bubble and covid inflation, specially graphic cards, but I know the score to keep it within a reasonable price per unit of computing power/storage speed/monitor quality... i.e. RAM memory and CPUs are now reasonably priced after years of robbery.
