I get all that and I'm happy for both of you and achieving the level of success you have, I just prefer a different format. I said in my previous post I understand why you did it this way doesn't change that it's disappointing for me and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Doesn't mean I totally hate the game, but no I'm not looking for replays at all. I follow a lot of stories and taking the time to work through I'm not sure how many paths you have that's not even totally clear, but that's just not for me. I'm not hating on you two for the decision just said it was disappointing that's all. I can't speak for everyone but I get attached to characters. I understand it's fiction and it's my issue but I still do and knowing that at some point I'm gonna have to hurt someone just to move forward with someone else bothers me. I do appreciate that you waited until later in the story to push those more concrete choices just wish I didn't have to hurt others making those choices.

While it may cause some difficulties making the relationships entirely coherent. The easiest fix for you is to not play from a single save or even use them longer than an episode. Just use the quickstart and set all relationships to serious/love and lie like a fiend when necessary. That should do for awhile longer to still see the most content.

the gofile link for pc version points to the mac version. (didn't try to download it but the description says mac)

I noticed the same thing. The game is over 4 Gbs, so half a day to download from Mega or use MixDrop and wait for a couple of hours. With Gofile it's really faster. So we either wait while link for Gofile will be corrected or use other sites to download.

Okay, maybe I got carried away but I read these forums and some of the "stories" and theories people have are so bizarre I find them amusing.

Then you get those that question the plot, think they can do better and then go on to say stealing 15 million from a legally appointed trust would be better story telling in a story that has tried to stay grounded.

Sure, if this was a parody of Oceans 11 and we were robbing a casino but it's not. It's a bunch of college kids and milfs.

Lets see how that story would REALLY go down.....

Jenna hacks the trust, transfers it to the MC. The people running the trust see the new name and shut it down straight away and starting an investigation. Once the MC is arrested and behind bars, which he will be for 15 million there is no slap on the wrist unless it's a slap with brand sparkly new wrist accessories .... then they move on to who did the hacking and as the MC only knows one computer expert, Jenna can wave goodbye to her life and future too.

Then what happens is the money would be allocated to the 2 people that didn't go Itialian Job on the trust while the MC spends his days bent over as Tiny's bitch.

That's almost as whacky as people that didn't read the words in the gym and still think Katie is willing to share with her sister .... she doesn't want to share with anyone but it seems story doesn't really matter anymore.

It grates when people slam the writing and then come up with something so crap even Hollywood would struggle to make a movie out of it and they love shovelling shit.

It's as bad as those that still won't accept it isn't an incest story despite the dev saying it isn't an incest story and people saying for years now it isn't an incest story.

Those wind me up the most.

Thank you. Glad you held back a bit there. However, I completely agree with you. There are too few that really pay attention and too many that are just looking for more of the same with different rooms and different models. I won't inflict the shit show that is in another thread on you. It is seriously painful at times.

I have actually been told by a professional writer I should be writing lol. The other two women would need proof? It's only a crime if it can be proven in a court of law. The father already stated they are gold diggers as long as they get their money without the will conditions do you really think they would be inclined to report anything? Speaking for myself.
I prefer games not to have a Harem.
I don't mind if they do but I prefer jealousy to be added and choices to be made.

(I.E.) Mass Effect 1, if you tried to romance Ash and Liara
You are shown a cut scene and you are suppose to pick one, if you dont Liara is the default choice.
I prefer this kinda out come but that's my own taste of liking consequence for my choices/actions.

I don't think a lack of harem should ever turn you off of a game.
There are so many that are written so well and better off because of it.

Hope you find good Harem games.

Whether is laziness to have to play multiple routes for each girl or indecisiveness because they find it difficult to choose, you can't really blame people for being upset or a bit down about all this.
Hopefully Cheeky allows us this type of thing in his next game, or at least warn us since the start.

Is not a sudden change, it was just an error in tags around that time because Cheeky never was asked about harem in the past, it wasn't until way in later eps that someone asked and he said there won't be any harem.

It was never a harem game, the devs said that.

They let you choose who to date but the story and the girls told you you were never going to get all of them.

The fact is you ignored everything the game told you and ignored all the warnings. That's on you.

There was never a harem tag and Cheeky has said since 2018 that he doesn't see this having a full harem.

For me personally, it's the lack of clarity on what paths are actually available to pursue. For example, in the past there were some people who would swear their lives that we couldn't pursue anyone else if we're pursuing Katie, but then the foursome scene was created. The lack of clarity of what's ok and not completely made me hesitant to pick a route, so it's easier to just pursue everyone and watch the world burn if it comes down to it.

It doesn't help either that the plot is dragged for so long that we still don't know whether some girls are good/bad 4 years after the release (and it's very likely that we still won't know for another year or two from now). This further turns me off from getting too invested in the relationship with some girls because there's a risk of them being the villain.

In hindsight, I really wish this game has less characters because the game really wanted to focus on the inheritance plot but minor characters really distracted from the plot progression because they are irrelevant to it. Alternately, it could've dropped the inheritance plot and replace with a more generic story that would suit the large cast.

If you play the game to the last chapter, you end up with just one conclusion....
the game sets the player to get attached to many girls, to mistrust some of them because of the "will" testament/money, if we could somehow have all-girls there won't be any plot left and no conflict whatsoever xD

Irrelevant for you maybe, I prefer to have them, I like Angel a lot for example, different players different Li's they like, there is many games where side girls may get more fanbase than the main girls, which is not something the devs or anyone else can call "irrelevant", I get you are saying irrelevant to the plot but then again some of those girls are what keeps us interested in many games.

If you play a game during development and you fund a game to be a beta tester (a concept I still have strong mixed feelings over) you're going to run into problems/complaints such as those being posted in this thread.

I'd advise, after having a bit of time to look over this environment and think about it, to just wait until the game is out and done. Pay for it then if it looks like something you want to play. In the meantime, just play other games.

I don't advise paying for the privilege of being a beta tester, which has become more of a problem in the industry both small and Triple AAA (looking at you Cyberpunk). As much as possible, make a dev earn your dollars and get what you want.

That said, I don't mind if a dev posts a game (such as here) and asks for feedback. I'll test out the game and tell them what I do and don't like.

If you ARE going to pay to be a beta tester, just go into it knowing you're putting your money into something that may turn out to not be the product you want. Something you wouldn't have spent money on for the finished product. If you're cool with that, then more power to ya.
