Yes logic was that the initial contact (during the interview) was not enough to know if Neil was just being friendly or a pervert. The second interaction (dance) you could stop him halfway through the dance when he gets too close. The third interaction you can completely stop when he offers you help.
The idea was that although the player knows what's in neils mind from the beginning, Sarah doesn't. But as she figures out his advances, she can reject them or accept.

When u make a choice,it don't mention under the choice if it is Corruption,EXiB,Lust...can u do something about it?

Also there is some effect. Neils relationship stat goes lower if Alex warned her before. She realizes the rumor might be true.
And about showing the stats, I did not originally plan to do that. I want the player to make a choice based on the text and rather the stats.

I think I can answer that because I translated it. I come from Germany. A translation into dialect could ridicule a game. And I wanted to avoid that at all costs. The original game impresses with a cool note in the language temperature, which I have retained and therefore, indeed, translated very High German.

I have a question for the developer: You keep only referencing 2 paths (NTR/NTS) but all the choices so far are either avoid those or accept. Are you not intending on the player to continue to avoid? So right now my 2 characters have literally no interest in voyeurism
, exhibitionism, sharing, corruption, etc. - everything is 0. And relationship levels are either 50 or 49 for both. Do these matter or is the inevitable going to happen without player agency? You also mention (I know it isn't anything definite at the moment) skipping one protagonists POV if desirable, this also makes me think these choices don't matter. I enjoy stopping some of the shenanigans of retarded MCs and FMCs when given agency over both in some games - call me crazy.

I think the more discontinuous part is in the 3rd phase, assuming theyve met, and assuming she responded warmly to him on the dance floor, then why is her inner dialogue at work moving forward cold and suspicious of him? Heck I wish Erik would have gotten half that treatment after you pick reject him sitting down and he still touches her.
I can assure you that choice can make lose relationships point or add exib/voyeur/sharing pts. U can u use urm and UDC mod to see what it’s change

URM is good for branch I agree.However I prefer u universal choice for variable. But u can combinate both too.
regarding the choice I know flirting with the secretary makes u lose 2 luv pts with sarah and few relationships pts.
i think was 2–3 choice to increase sharing pts.

Oh, agreed, but i'm saying also the inverse should be true-if both her husband encourages and she voluntarily shows interest with her own actions, I wouldnt expect the dialogue to portray her as standoffish.

These matter. Certain paths that lead to NTR and NTS will be locked if enough points in some of these stats are not there. But there are other ways to get these points later on too.
