Not putting words in mouths here, but normally redemption comes from someone being a bit naughty (or maybe a lot) and then seeking a path towards forgiveness or being presented with another agreeable outcome....(agreeable to the agrieved party)
And the way the dev implied it would be the wife asking and or begging for forgiveness put a little realism into it tell the wife to pound sand and file for divorce especially if the husband remained faithful.
I intend to make the story as real as possible. There will be some 'porn logic' of course but not too much.
That would be a breath of fresh air since they're rare and I like playing realistic porn games. Fantasy as a genre exists for a reason, but in slice of life type of games, I prefer realism. Thank you!

Based on player choices yes, this is planned.
This is a very specific type of scenario in my opinion. A few people asked me this question. I have not fully decided to be for or against it. When we are at that stage of the story if I feel like that flows with the narrative, then probably.
