I haven't tried literally all choices in the game, but the one in the last episode didn't make any difference. Also I play with URM and there wasn't any popup to indicate there is any variant to that scene unfortunately.

Well, kind of unexpected turn of events happened this update.
That jumps scare with sound was kind of ruined the moment and mood for me.
I'm wondering about what percentage of the story we are currently at, and also what's going to be the direction moving forward after such drastic change.
The first few updates were really good and unique. Adding small sound cues were a really good idea.
I wish for the best for the developer(s).

Okay some feedback:
Greatly made and a lot of fun to play. Game could do with some small changes in my opinion.
Slower burn at the start with them sitting covered up in corners talking. Let it feel like Emma is way more wary of a potential rapist being with her while being nude.
Instead of being busy how to survive you also have both characters being busy with each others physiques rather than being scared of being locked up and thinking they'll die. Especially with Anna this I don't think goes well with her character that's being build.
The whole idea of him being apologetic to starting to jerk off after getting a boner after the first task. Was cringey at best. Any male knows you'll lose a boner over time if you don't do anything with it. Unless you're on some crazy amounts of viagra, but even then you lose it. So unless you want to portray him as a sexual maniac that can't control himself. It just takes away a lot of realism. (perhaps the storyline shows he's that maniac already, the downside is we've seen this break of realism in most of the poorer written porn games. You're now having both characters being busy with each others physiques rather than being scared of being locked up and thinking they'll die.
Also with the introduction of Amelia, we obviously don't know how long she has been locked up. But she looks shy and this is her power. Her innocence, so her being paranoid about being spied on is perhaps also a nice play.
That voting is a great way and manipulating them against John and vice versa. These mental games are awesome and a great way to make the characters more reluctant to engage in sexual acts with each other.
The blowjob task, which literally has them failing it means they will die and somehow Amelia is busy with getting the cum in her mouth and sucking him off first? She all of a sudden also learned how to suck dick? Aside that most girls are god awful at it. The idea that she wouldn't communicate with Anna and make the likelihood of them dying about 50-50. She first decides for John that they must complete the task to survive while she throws that all away for "demanding his seed" in some crazy envy. (part of Morse code on his balls later implemented I don't think makes much sense). It's a game yes, but morse code on someone's balls? And why didn't she say so? Also why it's a a flawed twist, as when Emma started sucking he said again that he thought it was Amelia. Somehow he all of a sudden found out it was Amelia, while she being a hundred percent certain it would work. Rather than communicate with Emma?
First they got gassed and they were delivered food, part is all of a sudden removed and not a part of the story line anymore. Which I think is a mistake, especially if in some weird sci-fi way the room all of a sudden starts expanding after the 4th task. That could be done while they get gassed and moved. A more lore friendly way would be if the announcer, would just say "you are going to get upgrades in your living spaces". Gas comes out and bamm a new space. The whole concept of being gassed gives them a sense of vulnerability and rethinking moments.
That's the power of squid game, it isn't sci-fi it could really happen.
Moving on after the extension of the room, Amelia goes after a sexual play with Emma. I just don't get why you'd first of all kill her power which is cute innocence. But second of all it just doesn't fit with her character. Forcing sexuality through missions is I think way more powerful. Let the girls be girly without turning them in voluntary lesbians.
That dildo is also way too large, letting her get fingered to overcome lack of lubricant. Great, making the step to having him fuck her, you could say that makes sense over fisting. But a dick and fingers inserted to make room for a dildo half the size of that one alright. But simply ramming that thing in for a prior anal virgin, would rip her up and die from the bleeding. Would be a game over for her as she wouldn't be able to walk or do anything after. So having that as the 5th quest and saying it will gradually get harder. Makes no sense, this dildo ends her even if it goes fully in.
Also the guy dying means Amelia literally sends her into a depressive state and gives her basically at that probably prefer death. So letting Anna just walk around while she got impaled and Amelia not having for the next 2 chapters emotional breakdowns makes not much sense.
Game has a lot of potential, to be one the best around her. Gorgeous art work etcetera and great story potential. But for now the story in my opinion needs a lot of work.
Perhaps people disagree and I'm alone with this. Would be there to brainstorm though. Last thing those eyelashes of the guy makes him look quite gay.
