Respectfully disagree. Boxed in was ...nothing like this game and very average.
This game can end up being terrible, or excellent, but it is nothing like Boxed in and at least it is truly supencefull.
There was nothing suspencefull about Boxed in excep the very first scene. It was not horror and there was no suspense at all.
Incest and sex were plenty.
eh as long as it's avoidable add every fetish there is, it's fine. I really enjoyed this game. I'd love to see a sequel. I don't understand why there's so much negativity towards it. One character killed? So what, the world collapsed? There will always be haters and people who always dislike something about games, but they ignore the positives of the game. I've played hundreds of similar games and I can say I really enjoyed it.
If the author of the game sees this message, I'd like to tell them not to give up; they're great, and let them keep working on the game if they enjoy the process of creating it. Besides, there are hundreds of people who really like it.

Sure, it wasn't as suspenseful, but it had a continuous storyline. This game killed off the MC after character building and makes the player completely detached from everything after. Look at the comments from the last few updates. They're all rejecting the story and some even recommended the game be scrapped or redone.

I don't think the MC is dead. The biggest clue being the anal with the giant dildo that would have killed the female MC, but everything is fine the next day.
I would also be pointless to kill of the MC after giving so much screen time and backstory to him.
I could be wrong of course, but that is why I do not judge the game before it is done.
I'm pretty sure the Dev has still got an interesting story to tell.
The other game...is just vanilla incest and average. Good for a fap.

Yeah WTF? I expect to play as a character that gets killed off as an early bad ending for an earlier wrong choice but perma killed with the story continuing after you are perma dead? That's about as fun as dying in an mmo and then waiting for hours in the hope a healer happens to walk by and res you and in the meantime try to enjoy the close-up dirt textures where you face-planted, because if you res yourself you start over at L1. In similar fashion I don't see how the dev came to the conclusion that perma killing a protag was a good idea, if in fact he's actually dead (maybe not?).
