Seriously are we in stone age?
I had one going down from my kidney just this week, tortured me for 3 or 4 hours. The usual: no position is good some better, some worse, multiple walks to toilet only already knowing that it doesn't really help at all...
I assume, this devil is now waiting for the 2nd part of the journey in my bladder. I don't know, if I want to know if I'm right or not...

Three people with stones just before and after the holiday... yeah, definitely looks like 2025 will be the return to the Stone Age.

I hope that you are well and that the NEW YEAR is treating you with kindness!

If you are reading this, then as represented and demonstrated by Brent Chambers and Brent’s lovely physical therapist, the beautiful Beth Anne Knowles, from our upcoming game “Wicked Choices: Bed Chambers”, it is time to inform you that I have begun physical torture… err… therapy on this frozen shoulder of mine.

As demonstrated by the beautiful therapist, that you will be interacting with quite a bit in the game (and possibly romance if you wish), there is absolutely NOTHING fun about having a beautiful woman pushing down on your arm to stretch things out in an attempt to slowly free you from ‘adhesive capsulitis’!

I started my physical therapy Tuesday evening and my schedule for it is… ugh… not pleasant. And if it wasn’t for my wife, right now, I would do all I could to avoid going back in today… I can’t even describe the level of discomfort that I’ve been in since Tuesday night… sleep has been sparse and I am cranky.

Regardless I will now undergo brutal reconditioning and attending these wonderful, torture sessions for 3 times a week till February 27th, at which point I will then be directed back to the surgeon to determine if I am ready for or still need surgery to fix my ‘SLAP’ tear that started all of this from that fall in June/July.

If it is determined that I do and if the shoulder isn’t completely unlocked by then, they will have to do it surgically while repairing the tear… then two weeks to heal and another, at least, thirty days of… you guessed it, ‘extensive’ physical tor… err… therapy.

As such, and though I will be doing what I can on the game, we are looking at around the start of May before I can fully get back to work on it and get our first release out to everyone.

I appreciate the kindness and the patience that everyone has directed our way, particular those of you who continue to stay faithful with your patronage support and tirelessly wait for things to turn around for all of us and I get this first release out… THANK YOU so much for your continued care and support, we SINCERELY appreciate it and it is needed!

There is a new collection area on Patreon for our supporters that is called: ‘Subject Dossiers’, in this area I will be putting new 4k wallpaper renders of the characters, along with their backstories for all of the characters that you will be experiencing in our upcoming "Wicked Choices: Bed Chambers" game… many of them may/will be new to you, but there will also be some old familiar faces (just redone from Poser into the Daz Genesis 8 figures) that you all will know have experienced in our previous game…

But, PLEASE, if any of you have other ideas in which I can reward you in some way for your kind patience, while I am getting this shoulder worked on, please, please, please, let me know.

Okay, time for me to revisit hell… I should be comfortable in the landscape by now, just could do without the pain and punishment it brings… but the wife says I must do it, so I shall… but don’t wanna!

UPDATE: Torture & New Dossier - January 17, 2025

For those interested, I posted the next ‘Subject Dossier’ of Carley Chambers for our patrons and it is currently available.

As for myself, I am doing my best to survive the strict therapist and undergoing the torture necessary to try to break my shoulder free from the ‘adhesive capsulitis’… for those wondering how that is going, let’s just say I now have a REALLY GOOD idea of what it feels like to have a Wookie pull the arm off of a Gundark!

In between dying in pain, I’ve been putting together and doing the renders for the next ‘Subject Dossier’ of the goddess Gaia who leads the Gaian race that you’ll be experiencing in our upcoming game “Wicked Choices: Bed Chambers”.

Because of her long and ancient history is so involved, it is taking a bit longer to do than Brent and Carley Chamber’s dossiers took… so look forward to a lot of renders and a ton of information of how the goddesses have been moving among us for centuries and influencing our societies through the ages.

As always, I really want to THANK everyone who has been sticking by us and some of the new subscribers who’ve joined and messaged us to let us know that they did so because they want to helps us out while I am going through all of this physical torture… honestly, I can’t thank all of you enough for the love and care that you’ve been sending out way and the help is not just needed, but sincerely appreciated!!

This community is so awesome and I can’t thank you all enough for the support that you’ve been showing us; I’ll keep my nose to the grindstone and will make it through this and look forward to giving you all of our best and love back through what we are doing.

Does anyone know if playing this game necessary for book 2 or can we skip it?

It sounds like this game doesn't use the Protagonist of Wicked choices book 1 as the protagonist. I enjoyed book 1's story, depth, and subject matter it was willing to make as choices (though I can't say I loved all the results of the choices) so I am eager to play book 2 when it comes out.

That said, I have no interest in playing as a protagonist other than the protagonist from book 1 not to mention the description talks about playing as / making potential choices for Will William and I find the idea of anything to do with Will William, or whatever the nephew's name who raped his sister for 2 weeks is, absolutely abhorrently repulsive.

So as you might guess I would like to skip this game if it doesn't use the protagonist from book 1 if it is possible without it screwing up things in book 2.

UPDATE: New Dossier Released & Update About Shoulder – February 16, 2025

Hello everyone, I am sorry that this is a bit later than I expected, I had planned to have this posted on Valentines Day for everyone, but Michigan’s weather and the renders I was working on didn’t fully cooperate as I had wanted.

While I originally had intended and started to do a new ‘Subject Dossier’ about the goddesses that you’d encounter in our upcoming game “Wicked Choices: Bed Chambers”, both the wife and the others said that I should really focus on the Antichrist and Daryl Crawford Jr. first, as the game heavily revolves around and is about them and THEN focus on the goddesses.

So, I relented, shifted my focus and now there is a NEW ‘Subject Dossier’ on the Antichrist, featuring 15 ALL NEW iconic images that many of you, who played the first game, will recognize the scenes now redone in Daz with all new shading, lighting and the Genesis 8 versions of the characters!

A lot of work and I think they came out GREAT and NO, I will NOT be redoing the first game. I’ve kept all of you waiting for the continuation long enough and, no offense, I prefer to move forward than go backwards.

I will be working on Daryl Crawford Jr.’s ‘Subject Dossier’ next and that should be a lot quicker than that of the Antichrist’s… but look forward to that in the coming weeks before my surgery…

…which brings me to my shoulder.

After six weeks of Physical Torture, we were unable to fully thaw the frozen shoulder out… which was kind of expected, but the surgeon told me that I had made some really good gains in my time of torture and it was his desire that I build up enough strength and muscle in that arm and shoulder for what will come next.

On March 19th, I will be going in and they will operate on the shoulder, breaking the capsule loose, reattaching the torn tendon that I have in the shoulder, as well as repair the labrum tear.

I will go and see him on the 25th for post-surgical evaluation and then he will prescribe me 10 weeks of MORE Physical Torture. I do no know if that means RIGHT AWAY after seeing him on the 25th or if I have to remain in the sling that he gave me to bring in for the surgery (which is freaking HUGE and even has a ball you hold onto) for the full four to six weeks and THEN start Physical Torture, or if I go the following week after the 25th… either way, I am looking at 10 more weeks of Hell to endure, but after that I should be good to go and return to work fulltime and not be on as many drugs (thank God).

I will continue to do what I can up to and after the surgery, but things are still going to take a while, I am sorry, but I am doing what I can and appreciate all of you who’ve stuck by me, continued to support us, have shown great concern and for that, I am truly, truly thankful… so, from the bottom of my heart…

And, yeah... this Michigan winter has been, strange... no snow at all, until the week AFTER my physical torture!!

It was like Mother Nature cared enough and refused to let it snow, while I was in physical torture, the the minute I was done with it...



POOF... nearly a foot of snow in 1 week and me out there in it working to get rid of it... but, it's all good... get the shoulder basically replaced next month (March) on the 19th... so, I guess I am allowed to screw it up as much as I want till then.

Not that the wife will really let me... but I have to say, seeing some of these redone renders that I did of the iconic scenes with the new assets and software... holy crap, the first game would've looked AMAZING... but it's all good, people will definitely like how things will look as we keep moving forward with the story and they see all of the original characters showing up and stuff.

But, yeah, our lovely FAP... beautiful!!

I would say, if you had the recourse, I would welcome it. And sure, if you had the recourse I would like a 3D game where you can explore and so much more. I think the "Antichrist" universe is big enough and good enough to made a good triple-A game with it.

But, reality is another and I like that you don't want to spread the recourse you have on it and concentrate on the games to be instead.

Sure, if I had the money and could do the whole series as a Triple-A game that would be a different story, but to just go through and update all of the artwork and stuff for the same game would be a waste of my time and everyone else's.

I really don't like 'remasters' even when it comes to Triple-A games (like FF7) and that's why I won't do the same with my own game... I really don't like having to (and certainly force others with my own game) pay for the same game twice... I already know Cloud and Tifa's story, experienced long time ago in the 90's, why do I need to pay to play it again? I still have the original disks and can just load it into the PlayStation if I want to play it again.

Oh because the graphics are different?

Big whoop... why do I want to spend another $70 bucks on a game that I already bought and paid for, with the same damn story... makes no sense.

If you want to spend that kind of money to REMAKE something, use that money instead to continue the story, expand the universe, give the players MORE not just artwork... but all new story too!

Studios spend little money to update a game and charge TOP DOLLAR for an experience you've already experienced... I can't believe gamers fall for this trap.

No... I've already done "Wicked Choices: Book One", I don't need to do it again unless it was BIGGER, BETTER and had MORE STORY in it... otherwise, it is good where is it, artwork looks like shit, but it also shows that I've gotten better in my artwork and that the NEW GAME and the CONTINUATION of the STORY is going to be BETTER and AWESOME!

It depends a lot. Update a game to a new console and charging top money its different that almost completly redevelop a game.
It is up to the customer if and how much he want to pay for it or if he don't want at all.

And, another point of view is, that all the kids today that don't know many of the games for the 90s might have a chance to get them.

I see both site of the coin.

For the Wicked Choice I mainly would like to have a triple-A game (inculding the whole tale) in a 3D environment where you can walk and explore the world. I know until Elon drops his briefcase or something similar it won't happen, but I can dream.

That would be awesome and it was kind of what we had started working on in Unity, but then they made their stupid decisions and we drifted back to Ren'Py.

We haven't let go of the idea of doing something like that, which is why Epadder has been learning GoDot, but right now... my only focus lies on "Wicked Choices: Bed Chambers" (which is back on Ren'Py) and my health (or more to the point my freaking shoulder)... but, yeah, we really want to give players a larger experience when we get to the war and battle... the maps need to feel expansive, that there are levels to the battles on that map and objectives to reach and accomplish on that map for the war to be successful... and doing something like that in Ren'Py is pretty difficult and why Epadder is learning GoDot now.

More for the ones on PC, you can emulate and so on. With console games it is more difficulty, the older consoles are mostly gone and even then you need to have a TV with the right connections. Sure, you can emulate them too, but if it is a flash based game, can put that into your PC and even with dics games it is more difficulty.

Getting a ROM of the game might be near impossible even if you own the Genesis or NES game itself. Additionally it is going almost impossible if you have a light gun game or something like that, that are based on the television system with its tube.

Yeah, well stop sending down the cold air, so that the both of us can get some of that tropical weather that's coming up from the South... I don't know about you, but I will take 10c and rain than -11c and a freaking foot of snow! My shoulder can't handle the snow thrower anymore this year... next time it snows, it is staying till fucking June for all I care!!
