hi everybody i have a question the winged tiny selena is only in the book one ? i wondering if we could see her in other chapter :) . thanks for your responds.
Thanks for your question, antonio1508!

It would seem our FAP has another follower and believer!

Both the Antichrist and our lovable, mischievous, Demonothan Princess, WILL be making a few appearances within "Wicked Choices: Agents of Karma", however, they will be bit characters and your new character in this series (if you play as William or as Claire) will be limited... but, don't fret, you'll have more than enough of our little, winged hellion in "Wicked Choices: Book Two" when that comes out following "Agents of Karma"! ;)

Wait, I'm confused.
Isn't William the nephew that got punished at the end of book 1? And we're playing as him/her in this?
I thought that got changed to a new anon (thus far) protag?

As fair as I remember we would play as an Agent of Karma, yet I'm not the Author of this. So Jack, anything you want to tell us about?;) Even it is the good old, look two post above you.:ROFLMAO:

Okay, I can see where the confusion came from... my laziness to be quick in reply and not being very actual in it.

As you said, you are correct that it had been changed to a new protagonist instead of players playing as William, however, when you (as in you yourself, the person playing the game) have been tasked by Karma and given a portion of her power to assume the role of being one of her "Agents", you will need to choose which character (William, Claire or Emi) that you will be influencing and you'll follow along their story, making certain choices that will affect their lives and the lives of those around them... and either make things easier, or more difficult on the Antichrist when "Wicked Choices: Book Two" comes out.

Additionally, as you are doing that, you (as an Agent of Karma) will also find yourself playing a major part in the affairs of Gods/Goddesses... and will see that conspiracy, stress, fears, sacrifices and politic threaten to put things in further jeopardy.

If you chose to play as an Agent tasked with watching over either Claire or William throughout the course of the game, you will eventually see and have interaction with the Antichrist and Syrina in several parts of the story... after all, Claire and William are "family" to the Antichrist and it makes sense that they will encounter him (and our lovable FAP) from time to time.

But, if you play as an Agent of Emi's you will have an encounter with the Antichrist (and Syrina) as well in that arc...

Basically, "Wicked Choices: Agents of Karma" will have 3 different character stories for you to experience and participate in... plus your own story as an Agent that plays out during those 3 stories... then, in "Wicked Choices: Book Two" you will see the results of the choices you made in both "Wicked Choices: Book One" and "Wicked Choices: Agents of Karma" and how they affect the Antichrist when you return to playing him in "Wicked Choices: Book Two".

Hope that better clarifies things... while also, likely, demonstrate my insanity for undertaking all of this! :ROFLMAO:

Yeah, I really feel sorry for you and the other testers! :sneaky:

I also feel sorry for the programmer ( Epadder ) and the editor who also helps me with story continuity ( Sierra3 ) who will have to put up with my insanity in this... and with "Wicked Choices: Book Two"...

...me, I am used to being crazy stupid, so there is no point in feeling sorry for me!

Yeah, me and the other guys said that if we were going to make a game, where were going to make a GAME... though it may be a bit ambitious, we seriously believe we can pull it off and if you think "Agents of Karma" sounds ambitious, wait till you hear our plans for "Wicked Choices: Book Two"... we'll be doing something that NO GAME STUDIO has ever really done before and it is going to blow people away! ;)

UPDATE: Chapter Two Status – December 4, 2020
(as posted on our Patreon Page)

Hi Everyone!

I hope that everyone has been doing well and staying safe, and those that live in the US had a wonderful Thanksgiving last week.

Thanksgiving here was nice, with just the wife and myself, unsure if I would be able to cook a turkey for the holiday this year because of my back surgery, my mother-in-law put together a Thanksgiving Day dinner care package and left it on our front porch for us… which I am grateful for, as I was able to do a 21 pound turkey for Thanksgiving, but didn’t have the strength and ability to make all of the side dishes and trimmings, so my wife’s mother really helped us out!

And for those of you wondering why the wife didn’t… my wife can’t really cook, she can bake like there is no tomorrow and bake all manners of goodies that would make your mouth water, but she honestly can’t cook… she didn’t even know how to make hard boiled eggs when we first me, so cooking is my responsibility in the marriage.

I don’t mind, really, I got my first job as a cook when I was 14 years old and worked as a cook at other restaurants (working as a writer in the Comic Book industry didn’t always pay all of the bills). Additionally, like my father (before he passed in 2012), I find that cooking relaxes me… and apparently also one of my little brothers as well.

So, yeah, I am the cook of the house and don’t mind it… and also had a very nice turkey, and thanks to my mother-in-law helping with the other dishes, had a really nice Thanksgiving with the wife this year.

I paid for it, was hurting by the end of the day and had to fall back on the pain killers and muscle relaxers till that Saturday to stop the spasms, but a nice Thanksgiving.

AS FOR THE GAME…

…I’ve been hard at work going through and doing all of the Sprite rendering for it, I didn’t hit my 5,000 mark like I wanted to last week (had forgotten it was Thanksgiving till it was almost upon us and needed a couple of days to heal and relax after doing the turkey), but nearly completed with them now.

I have found the majority of the character sprites are taking around 1 minute (or slightly more) to render out, so doing 1,350 renders is taking around 1,350 minutes (or slightly more) to render per character… or 22.5 hours to accomplish for each character.

As noted in my last update, two weeks ago, the Archangel Gabriel character took longer to do, because of the density of her hair mesh… for her it was taking anywhere between 8-10 minutes per render, so it took nearly 5-8 days to finish all of her sprites, but at least she is done now and won’t ever have to worry about her again, unless she changes outfits and/or makeup in the game/story.

Additionally, I spent quite a bit of time with Epadder and Sierra3 trying to make sense out of the work that I had previous done on “Chapter Two” of the prologue, trying to understand what I was doing and thinking nearly a year ago while on painkillers and trying to get the Remasters of “Wicked Choices: Book One” and “Chapter One” of the prologue to “Wicked Choices: Agents of Karma” done for all of you.

I think we’ve been able to untangle that mess good enough to get back to work on it, had to make some serious tweaks to the story to keep story continuity… because I sort of messed up while I was on the pain killers and had something that needed be adjusted to make the story flow a little better and not confuse everyone… so, once that I am finished with the two remaining Character Sprites that need to be done for “Chapter Two” completed, then I can finish off the remaining renders and get them to the programmer and get that chapter assembled for release to everyone.

Within a week or so, we should have a better understanding of when that release will go out to all of you, but this “Chapter Two” release has a LOT of working parts, plenty of choices for all of you to make and different things to try… so the pathing system that Epadder created will come in real handy for some of you, as well as, the gallery to see all of the images that you’ve unlocked or still have yet to unlock in it.

Speaking of which, I best get back to it… rather show you than tell you and can’t do that sitting here talking and taking up all of your time… so, let me leave this by saying:

THANK YOU for your belief in us and our project, thank you for your continued support and for the new people who’ve recently joined us on this adventure we are creating for everyone! We could and wouldn’t be able to do this without ANY OF YOU and your support, so THANK YOU!

Have a good weekend and I’ll talk to you all soon and keep you updated!

Firstly, thanks for the very in depth clarification. I'm perfectly back up to speed! Better, even.
Secondly, hot damn but you're not afraid of work are you?! Good luck, you mad glorious bastard you.
Nope, certainly not afraid of work, could and will certainly need more help than just the three of us doing this thing, but nope... not afraid of doing the work if it means hitting the goals I want to achieve... I'm definitely mad, perhaps dancing on the edge of crazy... but, boy, I do so love doing a jig! :ROFLMAO:

You mean to his wive, sending them to Jack would mean they would never arrive since he would just not accept them, was a pity of that 3090 card. Just kidding.
HOLY CRAP!!
I would kill myself if someone sent and I turned away a 3090!!
Man, if I could get my grubby little paws on a 3090 card right now.... OOooooo... my rendering speed!!

Though, I've already talked with the guys ( Epadder and Sierra3 ) and wife, expressing that I will be updating my computer the first part of next year... giving the wife, my own system which is pretty decent... but I'll be updating to using:

ASUS Z490 ROG Maximus XII Extreme (WiFi 6) Intel LGA 1200 eATX Motherboard
(currently using: ASUS PRIME Z270-AR - motherboard - ATX - LGA1151 Socket)

Intel Core i9-9900K Coffee Lake 3.6GHz Eight-Core LGA 1151 Boxed Processor
(currently using: Intel Core i7-10700K Comet Lake 3.8GHz Eight-Core LGA 1200 Boxed Processor)

ASUS GeForce RTX 3090 Strix Overclocked Triple-Fan 24GB GDDR6X PCIe 4.0 Graphics Card
(currently using: DUEL Nvidia GEFORCE GTX 1080 Ti - Founder's Edition in SLI set up)

G.Skill Trident Z Neo Series RGB 128GB RAM
(currently using: currently only able to use 64GB of RAM with my current motherboard)

Will also be adding two additional 14TB hard drives, to replace my two 5TB and swapping my data from the two 5TB to one of the 14TB, giving me a total of 52TB of Data space for rendering and 3D model files (my 3D content library is already 9.6TB in size and my back up of all the files, renderings and scenes used to create "Wicked Choices: Book One" and "Chapter One" of the prologue to "Wicked Choices: Agents of Karma" already takes up 7.27TB of hard drive space!!)

Having a back up of all of the scenes, sets and renderings to the games, makes things much easier if I have to go back and edit things, or like previously, do a remaster and add new items in and keep things looking the same... and with my Inland Duel Hard Drive Docking Station, can just plug in the hard drive for that particular game data... and work on whatever I need to work on to update, remaster or correct an issue if needed.

But, yeah, if I had missed a package containing a 3090 right now, I'd jump off of a bridge!

Jack's new PC spec
Wouldn't a Ryzen 5950x or the like do better for you?
I assume you need a number cruncher. Additional next year DDR5 will hit the market, so it could make sense to wait for it. Last but not least, I think AMD is more upgradable than Intel when it comes to new CPUs working on older MoBos.

My own plan is also to have a new PC in the next year.
AMD CPU, whatever I can have for a reasonable price, DDR5 platform and as much ECC RAM that my budget can handle. A fast PCIE SSD and a new GPU make the deal complete.
If I would have money to through out of the windows, I would like to have a Threadripper or even a dual Epic workstation.:giggle:

Ryzen outperforms with multi thread applications....if you're going to use those apps too then it's far and away the better CPU. Daz however, is not a multi-threaded application....

Honestly, I don't know crap about AMD, always been an Intel guy (since my PC Jr.), so I'd be lost when it comes to it.
My philosophy is simple: "Better to stay with the devil you know, than the one you don't." ;)

But, as Maviarab stated, Das Studio is not multi-threaded application and Poser is to a point, but far, far behind Maya, Max or Lightwave.

This sucks. Why can't every decent modern SW use multithreading...
Yet, recently AMD is faster even for singlethread application.
