Sorry, I that I grow up in a time, where TVs had 3 dimensions, phone were seldom without cable and if, they where DECT, the internet was very new and the World Wide Web didn't exist. As well as the video game console we had, as a family, was a Sega Genesis/Mega Drive and it was brand new.
Fuck, son, you still young!!
When I was young calculators were just coming out, I learned math on an abacus.
Console Televisions were only 30-inch picture tube screens that came with rabbit ears and cellophane to make the picture color.
Cable wasn't even thought of.
There was only one phone in a household and it either sat in the foyer or attached to the Kitchen wall and kids had to fight to get to it whenever it rang.
There was no such thing as 10-speeds, the fast bike was the Schwin 3-speed.
If you didn't watch tv, you read... your imagination was the greatest tool in your arsenal for your entertainment and dealing with bullies...

Yeah, times were different back then, not good, but not bad... kinda miss those days.

We had one of these  We had exactly two channels and had to walk up to the TV to switch between them. Black&White only of course. When colors came well that was a huge blast!

Well i don't! I like my PC and playing games on it! Fuck grass touching! :ROFLMAO:

I celebrated the day that I was no longer my mom and dad's remote control!!

The fact that I used to always get told "Don't sit close to the tv or you'll hurt your eyes..." LOL... now I have a couple of 45" televisions as my computer monitors and sit closer to them than I ever did on the living room floor in the 60's! ;)

Well i don't! I like my PC and playing games on it! Fuck grass touching! :ROFLMAO:
Oh, I ain't never giving up my computer or game consoles...

I think what I miss most of those days is the lack of care about what tomorrow would bring... and bills... yeah, really miss not having to worry about those!!

I remember my old man telling me to stand 'right there' because I added the best antenna for the tv, as I adjusted the rabbit ears.
Mine would as well, while also taking the time to tell me: "Get your ass out of the front of the television, I am trying to watch that!" :ROFLMAO:

You probably should have been made out of glass.
That was another thing my mom and dad often reminded me about, always telling me that I "make a better door than a window"... man, I wish I'd had kids so I could use some of these "mom and dadism's" on... ah... but think the world is a much safer place that I hadn't. :sneaky:

UPDATE: Got the Answers I Needed & the Girls You’ll Want! – May 25, 2023
(As posted on our Patreon Page)

Hello everyone, I hope this finds you well and that those of you living in the States are ready for the 3-day holiday!

So, after 6 months (nearly 7 now), I finally got the answers that I needed for the cause of my shoulder pain after my fall down the stairs.

As mentioned in my last update, that my shoulder specialist, Dr. Shapiro, suggested that I talk to my spinal surgeon and get an MRI of my spine to see if something in the neck may be causing the shoulder situation from being as extreme as it has been.

So, after getting an MRI of my neck and spine last week, I was able to see Dr. Fischgrund yesterday. It didn’t take him long to find the source of my problem… apparently at some point, either during the fall or shortly after it, I herniated my C7-T1 disc and it is impinging on my Ulnar and Median nerves, which has been the major source of my pain, cramping and numbness in the shoulder, arm and fingers.

This could be resolved invasively by surgery in the posterior section of my neck and be cleaned up, which after discussing the time that I would lose from such a surgery, we both settled on me seeing Dr. Mounayer and get an epidural steroid injection in my spine near the neck… a painful procedure for those who’ve never had it (and hope you never need to).

Along with the injection, Dr. Mounayer also prescribed me 50mg tablets of Tramadol, as well as 100mg of Gabapentin which is apparently also used to help with nerve pain.

I am not sure about Gabapentin, but I know for a fact, after having been on it before, that Tramadol will make it difficult for me to get much work done.

So, I made an appointment with my Primary Care Physician to see if she can better explain or tell me if I should take the Gabapentin and also to see if she will keep supplying me with the Tylenol 3 painkillers that I’ve been using (which allows me to continue to function and work) and only take the Tramadol at night or for situations where I really need it (like after doing yard work or sitting at the computer working too long).

We are going to continue the epidural steroid injections (regardless of how painful they are) every three months or until they no longer provide relief for me to avoid losing time from a 4th neck surgery… I really want to get stuff finished and out to all of you and have a good schedule of releases.

In regard to work… I have been working, while schedule and painkillers permit, I am sadly not really good right now, still feeling like I got punched between my shoulder and neck from yesterday’s shot, but I have been working and just about finished up the Karma scene for the prologue…

Originally, this whole release was planned to be a side-story of “Wicked Choices: Book One” and figured I could expand the scene later in the Prologue to “Wicked Choices: Bed Chambers”, so I was keeping the scenes the topic of discussion between Karma and the goddess Kichijoten brief and short… but since this is now going to serve as the Prologue I decided it would be best to explain it all now and have the extension I had planned to do later added… so, I spent all last week and the start of this week doing that and finished it up before my doctor’s appointment yesterday.

I also worked on dressing the characters and working on their bios and backstory for the “Williams Family”, as you can see the ladies of that family (from Left to Right: Tanika Williams, Keysha Williams, Moesha Williams and Abeba Williams) in the lead-in photo to this post.

Tanika Williams (40 years old) is the ex-wife to Brent Chambers best friend and co-worker, Anthony (Tony) Williams and Keysha (21), Moesha (19) and Abeba (soon to be 18) are their daughters.

Despite being an ex to your best friend and the daughters considering you as an adopted uncle, each one (or all) can be romanced at some point in the game, based on your choices and story path.

I will provide more info for the patrons, along with additional images of them (which some, I am sure, you’ll enjoy) on each of the characters shown above and I can tell you that each girl’s traits, behaviors, likes/dislikes, backstory and interests are unique and different, which I will provide some of for you to ‘plan your attack’ if you are interested in pursuing any of them.

So, look for that sometime this weekend behind the paywall, since some of the images will be… to risqué to post to the public.

As for Sierra3 and his health, he has been going to his radiation and chemo treatments several times a week like he is supposed to, but lately the treatments have started to make him sick and has been sapping a lot of his energy, so we’ve not seen him a lot… we ask that you please continue to keep him in your thoughts and prayers and let’s hope these treatments are doing what they are intended to do.

Thank you!

Alright, got to get ready for my telemedicine call with my PCP and take a pain-med and get a little rest, but will get back to work on creating the images of the four girls for all of you to get them posted for all of you.

Talk soon and thank you for your continued support and hope you have a great weekend!

~Jack

I took the freedom and rewrite it for you:

This wife says that she approves of your comment and agrees with your rewrite!! Thanks, now I will never hear the end of how my patrons are smarter than me!!

New box looks NICE, seems to have plenty of fans for airflow... one large one in the back, two on the bottom and 3 above. Not sure if you were planning on adding liquid cooling as well and a radiator on the top, but if not, it still shouldn't get too hot inside.

8 fans in total with the two in the front and water cooling is an option (up to 480 mm radiators). I will go with air cooling first. Most water cooling only include the CPU and we all know from today GPU that they have more or equal power consumption than the CPU. And I don't want to removing the installed cooler and install a custom water cooler on the first day I will receive my GPU (and either void the warranty, have 10 emails back and forth with customer support before they would accept it in case something happen or limit myself two a few cards with preinstalled water cooler, who aren't AIO water cooling solution).

Doesn't make sense to have 2 separate loop one for CPU and one for GPU, especially if you can mount multiple radiators. And, of course, if it works with air cooling, why invest a shit ton of money in a setup that is high-maintenance in comparsion to air cooling for a few centigrade.

At the end, I will see, when the system is completed what how it runs and then decide, also in regard to my bank account, if I will improve and change the cooling solution. Only drawback is, that I then will have a not needed CPU air cooler, but against the additional cost of a water cooling system, that is something I can live with it.

Yeah, I think if you water cool anything, I'd do the CPU, but with 8 fans and proper maintenance a water cooler shouldn't be needed. My Motherboard came with an integrated water block to start with (ROG Maximus XIII Extreme Glacial) and because of the sizes of the two RTX 3090's, I had to violate their warranty and water block those so that both would fit into the case and still get the cooling they needed, so I included them within the loop I created for the CPU Motherboard right off the bat...

I figured I would be ahead of the game when it came to Daz Studio by owning 2 GPU's to render... unfortunately, what I didn't know at the time is that Daz Studio doesn't allow for muli-GPU rendering so the second card rarely ever gets used... the only time second card see's use is if I do gaming (which I haven't had time to do because I am too busy working on my own game), but do use the second card when I run separate (second) instance of Daz Studio to set up the next scene and test render it while the previous scene is rendering.

Because of this, I am thinking of using income that I will hopefully generate when my releases start coming out consistently and have better patron support, to purchase a tower that will be used as a rendering box, have that water cooled as well and just remove the second GPU card from my main box and use that as the card for the rendering tower and use a KVM switch to set up the renders on the rendering tower and initiate them, then switch back to the main unit to continue to set up the scene .DUF files to be moved over to the rendering tower.

At least that is the current plan.
