Looks like from this point forward the dev is starting to separate what people get if they are subscribers or not. If getting the demo, you will not be getting the whole update. It says on his itch.io:

This marks the first release of the full map (only available for

) which will be the main focus going forward.

The Demo map (the one available here for free) will continue to get feature updates alongside with the full map but no major content updates.

The change list therefor will be reflecting the content in the full version but all fixes and features are available in the demo version as well.

So looks like we have to wait for someone to upload the actual updates.
