Any game that got a good story and characters have that as the driving factor. It doesn't need to be just about serve up one pussy after the other to ram it home over and over. There is plenty of games out there that have next to no story, shallow characters with hardly a brain cell to share between them, but make up for it in aimless lewd shit.
As for the content of the game, it's been standing quite still for a good while in regard of adding new content, but the game have been brushed up on, code fixed etc. If you check the steam forum for the game, you see the creator respond fairly fast to bugs and issue fixes. Imho it's a good sign the game being worked on.
There is games out there that far older than 4 year and not near completion. Work in progress is just that.

This release is the redesign to the reworking of the reimagining of the re-envisioning of the refactoring. It's full of tons of new stuff that nobody will ever notice or care about. Best release yet.

The game isn't really a sandbox either. Or else you could claim any game is a sandbox as long as it got a map and locations to visit, which isn't the case. You can't visit all the locations whenever you want. Some locations only available when the story lead you there. There is no exploration aspect of "surprise lewd stuff" just for the purpose of serve up some pussy for you to bang.I understand. Still, why not just have it a story. But that is just my opinion.
