I don't see the lag you describe when I watch them myself, so TBF it sounds like your computer might be the problem. Have you closed all other running applications (like browsers)? Have you restarted recently? Have you run "Disk Cleanup" and/or the "Defragment and Optimize Drives" process recently? How much memory does your rig have? All of this type of stuff can affect how smoothly (or not) your system plays animations.

short answer: update drivers and check again or upgrade pc.
long answer: your pc is prolly in need of upgrade and meanwhile you can try other renderers by holding shift and g and starting game and choosing other renderer until 1 which works properly is found.
telling system specs could help.
