Can someone please advise how to get the dominate route to Tammy Lynn.

She offers exhbitionism, but not dominate.I already dom Rebecca.

You've probably accomplished some of these steps already. If the option doesn't appear when I imply it should, go to the next step.

1. Go to Tammy-Lynn's room. Check on her. Discuss Becky Sue. Tell her you want them to get closer.
2. Talk with Becky Sue. Tell her to be friendlier with Tammy-Lynn.
If she doesn't respond well to that request, it means you need a stronger relationship with Becky Sue. If it's not strong enough, take Becky Sue on a couple dates, and go a few days without disciplining her or buttfucking her (unless she enjoys it), and then ask again.
3. Talk with Becky Sue again. Invite her on a date to the bar. The more the merrier. At the bar, encourage Tammy-Lynn to grope Becky Sue.
4. Go on another date to the bar with the two of them. Encourage Tammy-Lynn to seduce Becky Sue.
5. After these events, go to Tammy-Lynn's room. Check on her. Discuss paying the rent.

Not as far as I am aware. And even Julia is never confirmed to be pregnant with ANY offspring

Somewhere between 800x1000px and 1000x800px, 1000x1000px works as well. The gamae will try to auto scale any images you use, at least as far as I am aware.

The game uses still images and will continue to do so. The Core content will NOT use videos or animated images, but modders can use both videos and animated images if they so desire.

People criticizing the gameplay, this is more on user expectation than the actual gameplay. This GAME is a game first, story delivery device second and Porn game lastly. You will have to put in work, it IS a game after all. The development follows the 60%,30%,10% philosophy, meaning:
60% of the content should be easily accessible (most Client Training), 30% should be hard to get (certain specific end-states or fetish content for Clients ) and 10% should be hidden or require very specific steps (certain specific fetish content, such as watersports).

After you finish her training, keep visiting Downtown, eventually you will see an event with Jasmine, follow her. Get this to happen 9 or so times, then ask her to be your girlfriend.
