The game is fundamentally about voyeurism and snooping. That's basically entirely how the NTR is dispensed because players can only watch what the MC sees. This means MC is railroaded into being a cuck since he found out so early on in the story and does nothing about it.

That is pnly partially correct. The full romance, sharing/swinging paths and their subroutes have paths where the MC is a stag and hardly a bystander. e.g. our hero can go saving Mei all on his own. You get what you play for.
I'm saying there is no discernible way to play this for NTR without the MC turning into a pathetic cuck, because if we watch a scene, the MC watches it with us, and the implication is that he enjoys watching it or at least that he is "okay" with it.
Well, I am not a NTR player, I prefer the games´ romance and sharing/swinging paths so I cannot comment much on the hard NTR paths. I speedrun through them for completeness sake, but I do not look at them in depth. Still, I know that I read quite a bit of text from which I could conclude that our MC is not happy with what goes on on the NTR paths.
How do I get on the not pregnant path on NTR? I tried everything but don't seem to get there.

What an annoying game.
In the early stages you can choose one trait, then in quick succession you are met with three choices in different scenarios where you need tree different traits. There are too many games on here to waste time playing this game multiple times to get all the content. Maybe the game works better if you play with NTR but I would rather walk a mile barefoot on broken glass.

You can gain most traits through your choices, also love and rival points matter too. You can see some help and hints in older posts from me and some other players of the game, there is also a walkthrough (might be dated but helps at the start nevertheless).I prefer the full romance and sharing/swinging paths and subroutes, so for hard NTR paths you will need to look at other posts.
