Ok so I can't ruun this game at 240fps smoothly what wrong with my computer? THe game is just poorly optimised, anyone who thinks other wise is just wrong, no explanation needed.

Lol devs are so lazy these days never optimise stuff at all AdeptusSteve you need to buckle up buddy, theres so many people like me with AVERAGE PCS who cannot play this game. Sure mine has a bit of dust here and there.
Works on my K6, sounds like you should update your drivers and turn off your overclock.
As an ex-game developer (1 year of programming, 2.5 years as an animator) - the animation output of these guys + other development stuff tracks - they're not being lazy, it is legit just a ton of work to put out stuff. Doesn't help they just swapped engines, so there are probably a lot of random little errors and bugs they're fixing on top of normal development.
What seems simple on the surface can actually be incredibly complex, and programming is never as straightforward as it seems.
As a current developer (more than 7 years of experience, multiple published games on multiple platforms), I am on the side of the masses on this one. Animation wise I will not dispute this and will in fact give them a bit of praise as this is entirely out of my field of expertise.
However, on the non-animation side, the world, gameplay, systems, stability, and performance (I am giving quite a bit of room on this one given it's state) there are way too many things that are broken, non-functional, and far too rough even if you give them multiple years of leeway. A large portion of this is not difficult to change or fix, especially given it being Unreal Engine 4/5. Yes I'm also aware UE is not magic and has problems that really shouldn't exist either but I can blame Epic for this one.
At best right now it is a rough as hell sandbox, with great animation for the sandbox, but even the sandbox itself is lacking to a high degree, to the point modding has taken place to fill the gap. Swapping engine also doesn't give them a free pass since it's more of the same, with a handful of new features (and bugs).
I'm not going to say you're wrong because programming isn't a walk in the park either, but you are giving them way too much of a free pass considering their next best competitor is Carnal Instinct, which definitely has more game, depth and world to speak of. It's lacking in the sex department but it's far beyond what is being delivered here with significantly less time and money invested.
Wilf Life's devs definitely have the time, and money to be delivering more than this and it is genuinely disappointing. As to why things are in the state they are now I wont speculate, that's someon else's job, so I'm juding it based on having followed it from essentially the start.
I am not saying it should be a fully produced bug free content-complete game at this stage, I'm saying it's not even hitting the bare minimum as a proof of concept sandbox, to the point where previous builds over 2 years ago are in a better state than it is today.
Also since we're on the topic of money, yes 100k monthly is a lot, but it's definitely costing a majority of that for whoever is working on this to be paid. How much is leftover is hard to say, but even then the output is still not matching where it should be. Games are expensive though.
