I have 16gb of vram and still get the blurred textures, but I also have my graphics settings on high and the Lumen lighting on. Have you lowered the settings yet? I ask since you didn't mention graphics settings, just that you tried dx11 and vulkan. Speaking of, it doesn't look like anything changes from dx12 to 11, but it's stuff in the background that boosts general performance not just the graphics, but if it really doesn't seem to change anything then set it to whatever you want. And vulkan is another way of doing what dx11 and 12 do, but is still catching up in some places.

I don't really know Linux, so I wouldn't know if Unreal Engine has dependencies on there. However, I've never heard of needing any for UE games that aren't already packaged with the game or gives a popup saying exactly what you need.
Lowering the settings just make it look worse. I'll investigate further with other unreal games and see if it makes a difference.

Changing dx12 to 11 changed nothing and vulkan makes the floor go black but beside that again nothing. I'm not sure its a vram issue since I got plenty (12gb) and on windows like i showed it has better long distance resolution compared to the Linux one. Maybe I'm missing out on a few things like dependencies to download. Any one else using Linux to confirm it might be only me?

If nothing else helps, you could try to launch the game with -notexturestreaming and/or -nohmd parameter. The first parameter disables texture streaming and the second prevents pixel blurring when the game tries to fall back to performance improvement measures when fps are dropping and make the game match your individual graphics settings during realtime rendering but the game performance will suffer in turn.

Yea I think this is the issue because i tried other unreal games and they look the same as with the windows version so ill have to find a way to force this but on linux.

A very good game, but it really needs more in-depth character face customization and maybe manual sex animations interaction, as for everything else, it's pretty hot, the animations are possibly the best out of any nsfw game out there and the characters and maps look good, i hope more games like these show up in the future.

Does the latest build still supports VR?
It does, but the VR world scale has been messed up since 2019 at least. Everything appears too large, like you're in a world of giants. If you're into this then hallelujah, but otherwise, use UEVR. (easy to use patcher, comes with everything: )

Before I discovered this, I was having to make custom scenes where everything was scaled down. Like the game, it slaps a VR camera rig onto the existing camera, but offers more configuration than the base game does.

Hello everyone,
The August member-tier testing build is almost ready!
Story:
Regarding quests, Apoc and the Lake Village had lots of their quests iterated. The main goal was to strengthen the character motivation for complex quests like 'Market Rivalry' and 'Kumaan's Spear', while also making them feel less convoluted and have better player guidance. Also, several Lake Village side quests have been integrated into the main quest to make sure the player has a main quest marker at all times.
Combat:
While the combat is progressing quite well behind the scenes, we would rather polish it some more before showing it to you. We have also decided it would be best to release the combat together in one package with the actual enemies placed on the worldmap, rather than in a separate greybox test level as before, so as to make for a bigger, more complete content update at a later date.
Level:
We've made progress on several areas, including major locations, mini-locations, and a new dungeon. Yterra has now reached the finalized blockout B stage and mini-locations have undergone their next iteration with 23 caves ready for exploration.
Sandbox:
The biggest new feature here is the Character switcher - Characters in the scene can now be freely assigned to sex scenes and poses (and also removed from them again), which finally makes it very simple to use your custom characters everywhere.
Advanced bone-controller UI, allows you to more comfortably manage bone-control objects like bulk-editing, bulk-adding and baking down.

Story mode information:
The story implementations have entered spoiler territory so we have included warnings at key dialogue options.

• Quests: The quests 'Dr. Snoat's Patient' and 'Going Into the Woods' have been integrated into the main quest. Several quest steps have been added to guide the player more naturally towards Rhoc's location.
• Quests: Nero's quest has been improved. Several steps were added to better guide the player to Nero's fishing spot. As a result, Janara has new dialogue outside the Koodie emergency now.
• Quests: Iterated the 'Market Rivalry' quest to make the whole thing less convoluted. Improved the dialogues of Djablo and the caravan trader.
• Quests: Reworked the 'A Whisper in the Ear' quest dialogues to match its new quest objectives.
• Quests: Added a 'neutral' option to Taurok's and Nugget's quest, in case the player doesn't want to side with either of them.
• Quests: Morris can leave his prison cell again. Morris now wants to be escorted back to the drill station north of Apoc after saving him.
• Quests: Opened the gate to the Apoc cistern for now, until a missing feature is implemented.
• Quests: Reworked the 'Kumaan's Spear' quest after finishing the 'King of Thieves' quest to better convey the motivation for stealing the spear in the first place and clarifying quest objectives.
• Quests: Added lots of log texts and set dialogue emotions (some skeletons miss the animations still and therefore don't show them yet).

Known Issues:
• Nav mesh generation is very slow for performance reasons, so NPCs can get stuck in the middle of their path, but will continue once the nav mesh is generated
• Setting animation speed and amplitude to zero causes sex toys to disappear
• Clothes textures will not fully load in the character creator
• Physics break if you scale characters in the sandbox editor
• Rendering issue on moving characters - most noticeable on hair and clothing
• Switching the player character to a new pose or sex scene causes issues when exiting edit mode
