I think this is just where we're gonna disagree. Personally, I don't view the Sandbox as standalone. It's part of the game. Wild Life isn't just the campaign side of things, the whole game encompasses both game modes, so to say it's just animations isn't accurate since it offers more than that. I can respect that some people don't care for the Sandbox, that's cool. But that doesn't invalidate the work the devs put into it and means people get to pretend it doesn't exist just to say the devs haven't progressed over the years.

The campaign side of things in WL is still very bare bones, but the Sandbox is well developed/polished. CI has content going for it but the porn is meh, WL has the porn going for it but the amount of content is lacking. Both games have their strengths and weaknesses.
That's what I'm saying about the fact that there is nothing in the project except the sandbox. Yes, there are developments, sketches of quests, but their whole essence boils down to the fact that you need to clamp the W. for a few minutes. For me personally, WL is just a cool sandbox

friendly reminder, don't bother wasting your time, bandwidth and disk space downloading this game whenever a new update is out

"why? because the game is bad?" no, the game is actually wonderful but you should wait about 3~7 days before downloading it because a new update will be released with even more stuff available

"how do you know that?" I've been keeping this game updated on my PC ever since I found it and also the changelog on OP also shows all dates of every update released, there you'll see every 2 updates have about 1 week difference before jumping 1 or 2 months without nothing new

just saying because this is a 14gb game after all so there's no point downloading it now if you'll have to update it again in a few days
