I know you can change the time with the arrow keys. Either left and right or up and down. (one changes the time, the other changes cloud cover)

There might be a way to stop the time cycle entirely but I don't remember off the top of my head. Look around in the different settings menus.

Can someone help? I tried everything what a common user could, nothing changed

A quick google with that error gives me

. Have you tried some of this as well? The error seems to be the same, so maybe it helps.

If it not work for you just download new version xinput1_3.dll not earlier than 2013. I have this issue.

Hello! I have been trying to play the game for hours ,but the .exe wont open. The error message says that a file is missing VCRUNTIME140_1.dll.Can anyone help? p.s. i have instaled it on an external hardrive and on the internal hardrive, if that helps.

From Steve in the Discord server:
"if you get the error "VCRUNTIME140_1.DLL" after installing from the launcher, you need to goto the file path below and install the UE4 Prerequisites

C:\2020.09.11_Shipping_Test_Build_2\WindowsNoEditor\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us"
