is there any reason on why i cannot talk with anyone? (i have only 2 options, 1-cheat , 2-back)

In Sandbox you don't talk to anyone. it's just for sex. So click on cheat and you can either take over the character, have them follow you or have sex with them

it starts to become really really solid very impressive Unreal Results outside of Nanite and Lumen requirements
And it can go into a crazy surreal direction that i never have seen before it in Realtime

I can't even reach the village because of a game bug, when I try to pass the area that has a stream and 2 enemies at the start the game just crashes my screen then my video drive fails. this happens every time in the same place. my Configuration is RX580 8GB, Ryzen 5 2600x and 16GB Memory
I even thought it could be the performance of my video card so I left everything low and lowered the resolution tb was 60FPS and even so the bug continues
just get here for the game to give an error
I already uninstalled my video drive and did a clean install in no other Unreal Engine game of error... only in this game and in this specific location

Hmm did you tried without Volumetrics in the Options ?
Does the Showroom crashes ?
Latest AMD Driver ?

Exactly the same problem and pc configuration except my gpu is rx 570 8gb and Volumetrics off doesnt seems to help.
Wild Life map and show room works fine, only that spot crashes bouth in new game and sandbox
And i tried to reintall graphics drivers.
And i didnt mention that when i first time started a new game it worked fine.
Please i need help.

The Volumetrics on/off logic i think is in some instances buggy try to checkmark it then uncheck it before reaching that point

In this same spot I crashed in the previous build. Same generation video card and CPU - R480 8GB @1350mhz, Ryzen 1600x @3.9Ghz. So its some platform incompatibility it seems at this very location!
Its probably because dev's are not testing their project on AMD platform. there's usually a very easy fix to such problems but devs must implement it.
Though, you should update DirectX, VC++ runtimes and drivers to see if it fixes your problem.
also goto game folder **/2021.04.16_Shipping_Full_Build_1\WindowsNoEditor\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us and run UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe
This usually fixes most common issues.
Wait for 10$ build.. they usually fix bugs in that version. I always skip 25$ tester build for 10$ build. just wait 10-20 days

At least it seems no AMD user is experiencing the strange mesh distortion problem anymore didn't heard anything about that anymore
The other issue now seems to be caused by the Volumetric Lights used in that exact spot to get a certain wow effect
It helped 1 AMD user reportedly so far to disable the Volumetrics in the Video Setup to avoid the crash on his RX580 (Polaris GCN 4), but it could be random as another one reported it didn't avoid the crash when he disabled the Volumetrics and that makes it now super strange, though it's still unclear if he really disabled it correctly.
It could be also that those cards are overly wrong Overclocked or get just to Hot and the Volumetrics stress it to a timeout, this is especially problematic on the Windows 10 Hardware Security Architecture.
If a Device isn't reacting fast enough Windows 10 assumes a instability or attack on the Hardware and brakes the drivers connection to avoid damage or a low level intrusion.
This also happens on pre Windows 10 but on Windows 10 the stability checks are deeper and it's reacting faster to very small deviations from what it expects to be a normal state.
You can higher the timeout before a so called TDR (Timeout Detection and Recovery) happens to give the driver/hardware more time to react but there are more indeepth Kernel checks in Windows 10 those you can't change.
Windows 10 will be pickier when it doesn't like what it sees and also try to protect itself with higher force, it reacts very fast to instabilities
And most of the times it sees OC as a instability or even a attack and goes very fast into Red Alert Mode.

Am starting to see that this is absolutely going no where, couple of months for some bug fixes, where is the meat of the game like quests, enemies and lands? Starting to notice that pattern lets do small bug fixes but who cares when we finish the game could be in 5 years
You didnt actually play the current build did you? There is enemies, quests, lands, bla bla bla. Dont be a sheep and see what the game has to offer for yourself.

I rather don't yet see what is "Game= Interactive" about them yet they are some indicators but there is no real logic it's mostly self running for now, with skipable options and some decision paths for which animation loop to play.
For those who expect Illusion Logic complexity they will be very disappointed for now

The last version I downloaded is from 2020.09.17, has the updates since added anything to gameplay content or have they been primarily focused on sex scenes and graphics?
