the game needs a NPC pose editor , like for example leaving 2 actors doing a scene so you can run arround leaving them in positions etc , some kind of animation controller and swap on actors etc , also some kind of optimization too since early builds did smooth and now i can even have 50fps on fisher village all off.

Incorrect. I downloaded from that torrent last night, while you were typing your post. It downloaded just fine with decent speed. I also seeded throughout the night for a 200% ratio.

The 1/3 part sounds like Oz (Australia) to me. Its called “throw away society”.
However you yourself answered the problem “abundance is what makes people lazy and selfish”. So a sudden abundance of food equals? People will always choose the path of least resistance even if its to their detriment.

Any ideas for a fix of stuttering and freezing?
Running an RTX 3070 and 3700x so hardware should be ok. Tried dropping to medium gfx quality but no difference.

Tried latest drivers? How much RAM do you have installed, what speed is the RAM running at? I am running a R5 5600x with RTX 2060 and 32GB 3200MHz and the game is on a HDD and i have no stuttering or any fps issues.
Still no penis slider or interaction with the ferals...
