Maybe this is better with a VR rig, that I don't currently have, but to me this is a 5-minute thing. You start it, you go "ok, that looks pretty good", you try some of the sex animations and after that you're done. Without story or context, watching two computer generated dolls make sex-like movements is meaningless. Especially so in a world full of Pornhub and Redtube, you can see real people doing the real thing. At best this is an interesting tech demo.

Cats also have barbs on their penises. But Steve addressed that issue on one of his streams with something to the effect of "I don't give a shit!". Basically he makes the beast characters the way he wants to, and is not afraid to take some artistic license. That's also the reason the lion dude has a knot.
That is exactly what it is. A tech demo. And it's not meant to be anything more. They are working on gameplay, and we have seen a glimpse of that in the build before this one, but they are not yet at the stage where they can show that I suppose.
And your "real people doing the real thing" argument does not really hold up. There's this thing that we call fetishes. And to some, I guess most people here, anthropomorphism and bestiality is such a fetish that they get off to.
EDIT: One more thing. Has anyone actually gotten the combat to work? I tried the keys that are supposed to equip your right or left hand with a weapon, but all those did was lock my character in place while the walk animation played.
Yeah I mean arent most of us here because we are sick and tired of watching real people do the real thing for the 98millionth time?

There's a difference between a finished game and a new build. Have you missed how much crying happens here if the release of a new build takes too long cuz it suddenly has more content?
Surely nothing weird will happen if it takes twice as long from now on for every new build. X3

Yeah, a bulk of the features present in the prior year's build are absent.
Combat mode with the Q button is gone, instead you must equip the spear to enter combat mode.
Likewise the inventory is gone too. No more cucumber :b
A mass of the sexy time animations automatically switch between A / V, perhaps this will be addressed in the refined build.
Assuming first person is on hold.
Camera control has seen better days, middle mouse is usually for pivoting, instead we get a reset. Could take some getting used to.
Character clothing got nerfed.
Prone is bugged, if you get stuck with a slow walk, don't forget to press space.
Fly is completely absent, tried enough characters to lose interest.
Swimming was supposed to be implemented, guess not.
No more pose selector with the numpad.
You cannot select resolution size anymore, guess it's automatic, I had no issues.
They did add a foliage slider which saves my GPU from catching fire.
Among a bunch of other neat stuff, this is a fairly solid build, and more than anything I'm just glad they're doing something.

I simply wanted to ask if the game is still a barebone prof off concept with nearly no play worth. Just wanted to avoid a unneeded download.

for the random pose ( wich is not random in fact) simply check the "hold" option and you good, animation will not change. for change it press the arrow icons.

It's not. With the default character you can fly by tapping right click when in the air. It's a bit finicky to get started, but you get used to it.
Each pose within a matchup is considered an animation. I haven't counted, but I'll believe them when they say 60 animations.
What does that mean?
The hold option only stops the next pose from triggering. During the current pose the speed is still randomized, as is whether it's vaginal or anal. I would really like to see that return to the way it was, with the randomized speed being a toggle and the option of whether it's vaginal or anal.
All animations that feature a human female should be possible to trigger with any human female. At least that was the way it used to be, and that's what Steve has said once during a stream. He makes one animation for a character, and that animation can then be played with any random human female of your choosing.
well then my version bug. because Max doesnt have the same animation than yohan (or Yvan, i forget) and the other dude. they all have different animation. for exempl, Max have a blowjob where the female lay down. other male doesnt.
same goes for beast (obviously).
i dont see the point to control the women as we cant even get some lesbian content. ( they were some before, but its vanished now)

Female/Female probably, they took the grinding lesbian scene out.
Males don't follow the same rules as females as they all have different sized junk. What Mr. Numbers means is that all females have the same animation set for whatever partner they have, not that all the animations are the same for all pairings. Better to think of each character that has very different proportions as an animation set that works with all females.
But you are talking about the male human characters. I just said that the female human characters are interchangeable, not the male ones.
