AdeptusSteve Can you remove these fake reflection? idk that this is probably a cubic map. It's just that there are already lumens, yes, it's not really ray tracing, but with this you can already normally remove lighting and partly reflections, and this card just gets in the way

U4 is older version, U5 is newer, but there will be compatible issues for U5 without RTX(probably)

If you're on an AMD GPU there's an issue with DX12 that's causing crashes when going into inventory or opening the sandbox editor. Switch to DX11 to fix. Use thread search to find how to do it.

I haven't been caught up on this game in QUITE a bit, but when I returned all the graphics look absolutely abhorrent, if there's voice actors the sound isn't playing & I literally see blocks of text like FOOTPRINT, GAME START, things of that nature on the occasion. Is this like an early access test, or is something else wrong? Thanks in advance for any replies. (fyi this is for the (work in progress) quests
It's not an issue on your end; that's just how the story mode looks right now. The developers consider the story mode an early access test: It's full of placeholder meshes, and no dialogue has been recorded yet (because the lines still haven't been finalized).
On the other hand, the sandbox feature is very powerful. But it's for people who like creating their own stuff.

When you say custom animation with ferals what do you mean? Last I check there is no animation with ferals.
The animations in this game are weirdly done. You can only use animations of certain characters with certain characters. Not all of them. It's really weird.

Making a custom animation on it's own needs some effort and Technically it is even possible use a feral lion for it, but it takes multiple workarounds and "hackerman" techniques. So far there was noone that I know of that went for it and did a custom animation with a feral. If you want to be the first then check out the tutorials channel on Wild Sanctum thoroughly, as well Orachigami's tools from the tools channel.

the game has several different skeleton builds, an animation for a maya base isn't going to work on any other skeletal base
