Nah If you didn't have the pre reqs the game wouldn't even run, you can look for general UE4 tweak guides or guides for other UE4 games like Hellblade,Fortnite or PUBG and tweak the ini settings a bit but i kinda doubt this will help much with a game this early in development.

Why is there just the graphics otion in settings? In the screenshots I see other settings and character maker and such. In my game it just starts with a default female character and no other UI elements whatsoever

Which version of the game are you playing? In the September build I have more than just a single graphics option, like you're saying.

I downloaded from Mega under Download. I see September build under it but is that newer than the links above it?
Edit: I just checked the Mega links for the September build and the one i downloaded. The one i downloaded clearly says 01-2018 build but its only 1.29GB? The September build is 2GB.

The September is the last "showcase" demo, which mostly consists of just animations and not much more. In that regard it is a bigger game. But the latest version of the game, the one linked above that, has a sort of beginning of a quest, and then a bunch of animations between just the PC and NPC. Because the September build has a bunch more character models, it makes sense that it is larger in size. Besides, the size of a game on disk says relatively little of the content and quality. It could be that they optimized a bunch of stuff in the meantime to reduce overall disk usage.

Oki yeah the one I have started with the girl finding a guy from another planet in a small hut and then having the option to help him by gathering food and I ran into this cat faced beast which ran away once it saw me. But what puzzles me is the complete lack of any UI elements on the screen or a save option or just abt anything like a character name or customisation options, inventory etc... And all the other options in screenshots like censorship on/off, physics options etc..
And within the game beyond the initial Oasis that I start from there is nothing. All I see around is an endless desert and aa rive flowing through it.

Are you really worried about an adult game with pornographic content having an optional censor? The only censored games are the ones from Japan, which commonly have patches. Most western games come with an optional censor.

After finishing quest and when sex act need to begin positions are changing BUT they are not moving,it's like they're paused or something.

This is a known issue, this release was hella broken. Download the september build if you want the most content.

I think that's intentional, actually. You can cycle through a bunch of poses and some are animated.

They are supposedly working in this already again, so we can probably expect a new update as soon as 6 months :test:
