time to get an ssd or m.2
heard its related to the drive ur having the game on.

It takes me one or two seconds to load, this is probably the first game i've played that has these kind of load times on M.2, most games are only marginally better on M.2 compared to a standard SATA SSD.

is incredible how well optimised carnal instict is in comparison with this game.

They stated in the changelog they haven't had time to optimize the game yet since switching to UE 5.1.

actually you can make sims 4 look good, the problem with this one is that the Dev is doing shit all... no idea. for me as an example I could solve many problems like the gay one for example forever. there's no need for this male/female BS... all they need to do is create a female skeleton that looks like a guy and there you go.. every female animations works for the guy (I'm sure they can do something about the penis movement)

check the game in task manager. If you see the game's memory usage still climbing, it means it's still loading and it's not actually frozen

To anyone whose UE5 game is seemingly stable while exploring but consistently "fatal error" crashes after opening the scene editor try navigating to:

"...\Wild_Life_-_2022.12.22_Shipping_Full_Build_1\2022.12.22_Shipping_Full_Build_1\Windows\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us\"

In that directory run the UEPrereqSetup_x64.exe and see if that remedies the issue.

just telling people to upgrade to an ssd randomly in cases when it has NOTHING to do with the issue is very annoying

Yep, I can't even pass the initial loading screen on UE5 version, Task manager says the game is running but nothing happens.. On UE4 I get to the full screen loading but then, infinite loading screen and Task Manager says the game is not responding.. My drivers are up to date and I have a very good PC so dunno what's wrong.

From what I can tell it has to do with the VR viewing mode. I had this issue starting a few updates ago but for some reason whenever i run the game with the occulus app running it loads almost right away. I have absolutely no idea how this type of thing happens but it *seems* to work

Here. It's posted many pages back already, but not easy to find.
There are enough seeders, myself included.
It has no trackers, so you need a torrent client with functionally implemented DHT. There is one or two that does not work.
