"Real Gameplay" lol. I've been on this site for a few years now and if I have to grind endlessly again for a picture of a titty, I'm gonna go mad (looking at you Big Brother). One thing this game does great is it has a lot of sex, guy on girl, girl on girl, threesome, foursome, sex with weird creatures. There's sex and a there's a lot of it. Custom sandbox is dope too.

By the end of the day, that's why I'm playing a porn game, to jack off. You're better off modding Skyrim with sex mods if you're that desperate of a gameplay lol.

The so called "game" is a "scam"... yes it has awesome quality animations... but thats all.
You can watch even better animations on porn hub or other adult video sites.

"Gameplay" is subjective and context-dependent. This game *does* have gameplay. It has the gameplay of a porn-first game that's interactive and customizable. This game should *not* have the gameplay of a 3rd person action RPG with a deep combat system, an RTS, or so on.

Form follows function. This game having the kind of gameplay of an action game or so on, would be akin to you clicking a video on pornhub and needing to suddenly fight a boss in a browser-based minigame before it lets you watch it. It wouldn't make sense for the way in which the content was designed to be consumed. At that point, the game's form would contradict it's intended function.

If I'm making a porn game, the last thing I want my customers to have to do is;
a) need both hands most of the time to use the product.
and b) make them focus and concentrate on things not related to the porn. or anything that could pull them out of it.

what I *do* want them to do, is be able to have an interactive and deeply customizable experience with minimal effort, so that they come back, again and again, to support the product/buy characters or clothing or whatever. As long as the sandbox is there and everything the user owns is there to use immediately I'm good and will continue to support the devs. (Prefer the layout/discoverability of this site, especially for discussions. but have been a patron for a while now. due to pirating it here as a "demo" and then supporting them after.)

People are really impatient and doesn't realize the realities of game development, especially games that have a bit larger scope. This all is multiplied with a devs who are transparent like you folks have been. Keep up the good work and I'm sure sceptics come around at latest when the game is released.

EDIT: You replied to my concerns of performance of characters last week. Now after done some testing on the new build I can say performance has taken HUGE leap. Game performs absolutely great for pre-alpha state (or how ever you label it) compared to what it was before! This is great for us who like to create bigger scenarios.

This body poser is great, very great indeed! So many possibilities... a shame we can only edit from poses and not from sex animation poses but i guess that would look funky; oh well we have a LOT now to work from compared to the static poses we had before

Well...When I try to load any map the game just...freezes...Yeah, it stops loading and the skulls don't move, the only thing I can do is to shut my PC down 'cuz I can't even close the game, all the system has to shut down lol Everything works fine except of that, the menu's and the changelog windows work fine too and they run smoothly, idk if I'm doing something wrong.

Definitely shows how most people have no real context or perspective for just how challenging/ time consuming basic game development is. I think Publishers like Activision, EA, Ubisoft, and so on, have spoiled people's perspectives a little? When you realize that Ubi can only push out AC titles as often as they do because their studios are akin to factories with hundreds of devs working horrible hours, and even then, they reuse as much as possible to make up for that time. (AC Origins/Odyssey/VH all share basically the same animations/rigs as well as assets/textures etc.)

also, the money these devs make is a LOT to a regular person, but in game development terms, it doesn't go as far as you'd think. not at all.

This new tool became game changer. I dont understand the hate. If people are tired of waiting for the gameplay it could be tiresome. But after spending some time with the new body poser I must say it is really easy to use, combining and animate different parts so you can trully make your own game within the sandbox. It is much more intuitive than VaM. It really helps for creative people to make their own stuff while the devs are working on the game itself. I hope it will come out soon rather than later but considering the amount of ease to use features in this game it is worth the money imo. You can decide for yourself. Just copy the file into collection folder.

You are exactly right, also for the time and money, lots of money, this "game" is a Creation kit with an included sex scene viewer nothing more. Lets compare it to Rack 2 which was developed in less Time, had a somewhat story, costed less and was developed by only one person.

It had a Character creator which deserved the Name.
The Sex Scenes where interactive.
It was buggy, yes, this point goes to wildlife.
It had sextoys to be used.
There was character interaction.
There was somewhat of gameplay present.
Yes it had no Sandbox, but honestly if I want to build maps, houses and furniture, I play one of the countless rpg/survival games which do it better.

So no, wildlife is far from anything you could call a game and at this point I can understand people who call it a ripoff.

And here is also why it is a ripoff:
With the Money they bring in you could hire ten fulltime programmers/animators/project managers etc. including taxes and benefits and I am talking about the country I live in which is one of the most expensive on this planet. As far as I know Wildlife is made in germany which for this money you could hire around 15 professionals.

They easily could've provided a full fledged character creator but and unified character skeleton but that would mean they could not offer new charcters as part of the "regular" updates and their animation list would shrink dow to about a tenth of the current size.

The only thing not modable in this game are the characters, did anyone, ever, wonder why? See the Point above!

This game is at that point, in my opinion, nothing else then a money laundring scheme, Or the devs are lazy as f.

And something positive after this rant, the animations really are amazing I love the fluidity and the facial animations this is top notch, which really makes my even more angry when I see what is made out of it.

Muscle sliders no longer work for me in this build, with any character the "legs" "torso" "arms" sliders do nothing anymore and the only thing that works is the overall combined slider.

took me a moment to realize why my characters all looked different from last time, anyone else had this issue?

All the foliage is missing and character (and the ground) textures keep flickering from low res to high res. Is this a known issue or is my computer just incapable of running this game now? Was fine in the previous versions

Where are you getting the number 9 at? They employ roughly double that from the last time I checked if their linkedin is up to date. You are treating a million as if it is alot without factoring the cost of the space they rent yearly, taxes, hardware and software upkeep and cost, insurances for various things and then the employee wage.

Takes a team of over a hundred people to release a halfway broken triple A game in the time they've been making theirs with an actual team in the double digits. The first few years they hardly had more than the founder and co founder.

You may not be hating, but you're putting it into a pretty simplistic view based around money and thinking they're taking home huge profits when they are probably just comfortably sitting above the red and slowly building a nest egg.

The pay ranges for the type of people they employee go anywhere from 40k to 60k euros a year or even more if they're in a bigger industry. I have no clue what he offers his employees, but I doubt they're being low balled and he is most likely paying over half a million in wages every year if the 16 team count is accurate on linkedin.

I made sure to explicitly state that I do not have a problem with the devs, nor do I have a problem with the development of the game... I was responding to a particular comment that said that making a game with over a million dollars a year was too hard or was otherwise unreasonable to expect.

I simply pointed out that that was not the case, and a dedicated team of developers could make a game with less (they have many times before)

I don't follow the development of this game, so I don't know how they're doing! I certainly wish them the best.

I keep getting stuck on the initial loading screen. It loads a little bit and then it stops and if I open the task manager it says the game is not working anymore. This is happening ever since the change to UE5. Last UE4 release boots up just fine. Can anyone please help me? I've downloaded it multiple times from different links, restarted the computer, and tried to run only the game and nothing else, none of this worked

We can write off things like employee wage, software costs, gear, rent fees and stuff like that from taxes in Germany.

You can't just throw money and people at something to make work happen faster.

A unified skeleton means lower quality animations. And the characters that are being created will have a role in the story.

There was a poll on the Patreon for how customers wanted the story content to be rolled out. Steve has been forthcoming with how long we would have to wait for story content. The game went from two enemy types to like a dozen. The new map is getting more detailed with every update.

Again, doomposters must have it really bad, but this game ain't the same. Steve is active in the community. All Patreon updates are available to the public. No paywalled information. Steve is very easy to contact. The team aren't ghosts. The game gets regular updates, fill to the brim with information. If that's not enough for you, might as well just follow completed titles, because Early Access content ain't for you.

I really wish they would do some F-M-M, F-F-M animations. I noticed they are really lacking on this front.
There is 0 animations for Max x Max x Maya, only handful for 2x maya x sethro and no animations for 3 way bol/maya
