Hello there,
To clarify how modding work with Wild Life, I made a post gathering all infos on my Patreon ( ). But to make it short and more handful I'll copy.paste it here:

------------

How to install mods for Wild Life:

- First install WildLifeModManager (aka WLMM): (big thanks to Lucky, you can support him: )

- Lucky made a video to explain how to use WLMM:

- Mods are NOT officially supported, so PLEASE, DO NOT ask help on official WildLife discord !
HOWEVER, you'll find help on Wild Sanctum server :

------------

Hope that will be helpful and useful for some of you, enjoy o7 InstallMods.png

>how to install mods
>need an external program
>when you can just drop files into correct folder
Would rather not install yet another "mod manager" when all I have to do is simply move a few files to a folder that is automatically read by the game.

You are free to do whatever u want, my "job" is to create outfit, Lucky created a solution to implement them in game with a more user friendly UI than what you just said.

The reason why we gave up the idea to just drag and drope file in the correct folder is, because of how UE works, will automatically to replace an existing piece, you can't add (except if you have only 1 mod) new content to the game.

I also don't get the "another "mod manager"" like Lucky is the only one to have developped a software so... there are no other launcher except WL itself.

regardless of how people choose to aply mods, i just want to shout out the insanly high quality of the mods i have seen from you and other modders. i can only gues how much time it consumes to create these mods, so i think showing any amount of gratitude is the least we can offer.

I really enjoy the sandbox ....the animations and many positions are really top notch made.
I just think that the game looks still better in the UE4 Version. I dont know but UE5 is a bit too crispy for my eyes.

Yeah because manually installing mods does not have/need any extra UI at all since all you'll be doing is using basic functions of operating system you are using to move some files to somewhere else.

I don't understand what you are trying say. I've been playing dragon ball sparking zero with lots of mods and at no point I've needed using a mod manager. Modding in that game is not limited to modifying existing "piece", there are mods that add completely new things to the game such as a completely new character. By the way that game is also using Unreal Engine 5.

I also don't get the "another "mod manager"" like Lucky is the only one to have developped a software so... there are no other launcher except WL itself.
I'm not talking about mod managers made for WL but mod managers in general. I prefer manual installing if I can manage them.

Yeah, you know what, you are right. Been modding WL for almost a year, but you must know more about how WL and UE work :)

We must be dumb to not have notice that drag and drope file to the correct folder should have worked ‍
