So you mean the torrent dowload works for you?torrent link in zip not problem
there was no problem with the zip file downloaded from the torrent link, the files came out smoothlySo you mean the torrent dowload works for you?
I saw such a file somewhere in a thread. Also, their Discord server has sandbox modes with minigames.I desperately want to interact with the minigames in story mode, but there aren't any resources that I can find to locate these characters. Nothing in-game shows locations for characters, patch notes simply state the addition of minigames with no further info, and no wiki or forums have the answers. Can we get a list of the minigames, like with the changelog docs, with the location in story mode? Even then, half the characters related to their minigames don't seem to initiate the cutscenes after their respective quest/dialogue is completed. It's frustrating having to recreate it in sandbox, as it's an empty world separate from the story. Loving the content, just wish I could find it to actually test/enjoy it.
Have you tried keeping the API as just DX11 in regards to the lag? Because it sounds more like an issue with using DX12 if it requires you to switch back and forth each time.My specs are: 40 gigs ram, core i5 11500, RTX 3060.
Everything worked fine up until (and including) February release, now I have to do this little dance of changing the graphics API.
Any scene, any number of characters, empty sandbox, unreal lags everywhere.
Even the menus and intro splash vids lag until I switch API from DX12 to DX11 and back to DX12.
Selecting Vulkan doesn't change anything.
As I mentioned previously, lags aren't even the worst thing, it's the constant clockwise rotation of characters during scenes.
I have upscaling turned off, I don't think that's the case.
Not a tech demo, and it's currently in progress. Only thing really waiting to be finished is the story mode, and a planned release for August-October 2026. In percentages, probably somewhere in the 60-70% range by my estimation.in terms of completion are we at 50% yet? or stiill a tech demo?
In the end, I reinstalled Windows and everything is fine.Have you tried keeping the API as just DX11 in regards to the lag? Because it sounds more like an issue with using DX12 if it requires you to switch back and forth each time.
As for the constant rotation of characters, it sounds like just a bug, like a value in the code related to positioning characters in scenes didn't copy right when extracting the game. If you've tried extracting the game a second time before, then it might be related to the API issues. In that case, if simply selecting DX11 doesn't fix it, then either you need to update your GPU drivers or reinstall the drivers.
If it still persists, while for me (and seemingly everyone else) the animations are fine and don't have that rotating character problem, then the problem is not one you'll fined a solution for here, sorry to say.
It could be a game bug, but it might also be related to a program/driver you've installed. I've seen programs like Rivatuner cause unexpected side effects before—though they typically lead to crashes rather than low FPS or randomly rotating characters. In the end, I reinstalled Windows and everything is fine.
Still one of the strangest bugs I've seen in a while.
Shame I didn't think to record it because it was kinda funny in the moment.
Thanks for the advice, friend. It could be a game bug, but it might also be related to a program/driver you've installed. I've seen programs like Rivatuner cause unexpected side effects before—though they typically lead to crashes rather than low FPS or randomly rotating characters.
If the issue happens again, I’d recommend restoring your system to a point before the problem began.
Also, double-check if you have any input devices connected, like a game controller. A drifting analog stick, for example, can easily cause seemingly random movement or rotation in games.
Animations are full controlable objects you set in the animation sequencer.I'm a bit surprised that there isn't a way to adjust facial expressions during animations
Where in the sequence and how?Animations are full controlable objects you set in the animation sequencer.
By adjusting the curve and delays you can do it
It updated to ue5 so now it runs like molassesdoes the game still run like shit?
It runs okay on my Ryzen3I know this is stupid question, but can you run it in ryzen 5 3500u with 8 GB ram?
