You kinda need background knowledge from previous game, but if you asking if this is a standalone file or an addon/dlc/mod, then it's a standalone. It's literally just the 'Game.exe'

hi, use 1 finger to move around the character (until the color of character changed) then you click another finger to trigger right click. It should work

There is obviously no virus in the zip.
RPGMMV uses HTML to load and save data. Defender scans cannot check if its a program or a website trying to infect the local files. HTML code is still code. Therefore they often get flagged by Windows Defender randomly for some people.

If you are worried, just do a full scan of the zip using some other virus program like Malawarebytes.

Did you made this APK? Because holy shit, i managed to play it even on my subpar phone despite the previous beta versions not running at all.
There are some problems mostly with the controls as well as UI bits i.e. can't save if the touch controls are set to ON or else it freezes, not to mention some of those are unclear. Also the game in general requires a bit of storage space
