Do you mean Hikari and Kanae? there is a search function at the top you know. But, they appear when you progress Akari and Shizuku to the end.

Going by memory alone, I believe you need to "fish" (you read that right) a sex toy from the river and gift it to Kagami, it's a pink rotor, as for Kanae, I think that's the part where you need to catch her husband in front of the love hotel and take a picture and then show it to her, he show's up late at night.

not sure about how many scenes, my guess is about 5 per girl (20,40,60,80,100 affection level) or it might be different for each girl. If you're unsure check the guide, it may help. As for lewd, serv and perv, they do trigger more situations: the girls will ask you to either have sex or let them give you a blowjob depending on which one is higher (heroine mood)
