IMHO Disney lawers can`t do anything with PT game because of it took place in the very short moment of the cartoon when Jasmin try to seduce Jafar before he hypnotised Jinny (so, it`s even not the parody, it`s some kind of alternate Universe and so it can`t be quolified as copyright laws breaking).

aladdin stuff is old and there's also fair use and even disney isn't that dumb that would go to court to test that so they just let minor things mostly slip past.

I also don't think Akubar made enough money for Disney to pay for the lawsuit even if it was possible to sue him. It's not like the Yuzu emulator where the people that produced it made a lot of money off it to the point Nintendo decided they wanted a piece of the pie. I doubt most companies would even want to be associated with an adult version of their content. It would probably bring more bad than good their way.

Akabur is also based in a country not known for caring about international copyright law, even when he was starting out. He does use patreon, which is a western company, so maybe Disney could try and shut that down if they wanted to, but otherwise I don't think they can do much to him. A lot of these cartoon porn-parody games are Russian made and I don't think that's a coincidence.

Yes but the Patreon supposed them to be russians so now they can`t take the money given by their patrons because of the Patreon platform policy. IMHO now the amount of money on Patreon isn`t so critical for them as there was some years ago and so (IMHO also) they are such a bullshits now.

IMHO it`s the result of the Patreon policy of prohibiting the russian-supposed activity. So they have to find totally no-russian person to proceed the game on Patreon. It`s my suppose. Maybe I`m wrong, who knows.
